AT-ST on this map is just so broken. The Rebels need to cross a street without cover if they want to get off their spawn, and you can just pick them off one by one with an AT-ST. It's stupid.

Kool Pandaz if theres a star card for it i would be ok but auto regen is kinda dumb
_AdiGames_ Even then, the regen should only be partial like it is with hero characters. No one has ever had fun getting killed by a vehicle in this game.
I had all epics on atst and it was all increased health, auto regen and 60% damage reduction.
If Nothing else it should be an external thing maybe something officers can do but that would require actual team work and not lemming the objective like EA wants
why? its acutally easier to kill a vehicle than a trooper. all you need is ion torpedo (which doesnt even require aiming)
The Rebel Alliance have their own tanks too:T-4B.I don't know why they aren't in the game to counter AT-ST

You know, for realism, they need to have it broken up into squads and have them go corridor to corridor silently and stealthily. Door to door even. These games need an entirely different play mode where you play as the Empire and root out Rebel scum. Secretly, silently, even send spies, maybe even throw Boba Fett in there. Just a thought. This running into the fray stuff gets old, and there aren't many subtleties to enjoy. Also, turn off the notifications, make it real. No icons...you don't know if that grenade you just threw did anything...until you check around the corner.

Star Wars battlefront has never and likely will never be made that way. The game has always been a fast paced, action packed shooting spree. If you want a Star Wars game like that, the closest you'll ever get is to a mod for Arma 3.

Can confirm when I get in this thing I am cancer with it. I don't think it is OP however, generally most people are on their own mission and if just a few people focused on it, it can go down pretty quickly. People just don't though. I can't count how many times I've gotten one so low just by myself but people are either ignoring it or don't pay attention to their surroundings at all whatsoever.

Well, you both stated the biggest issue - player cooperation. Like Jared said, most players are run-and-gun loners, aiming to for mission objectives to catch the "Top Player" slot. Even if, as you said _AdiGames_, it mean ignoring a severe threat to the team members. The AT-ST and other vehicles are formidable, but go down fast when caught in overlapping fire by players who actually work together.
To be honest, players by and large only cooperate with their own friends if they happen to be playing together. And I've seen some monstrous teamwork in Starfighter Assault, but I'm positive that those players were real-life friends who were playing together.

In a frontal 1v1 like here, no, of course that the AT-RT can't survive. Idk if that driver was new tot he game or just suicidal. The thing is that, if you place the two walkers somewhere where they can flank each other or something, an AT-RT can move much faster (90km/h) that an AT-ST (60km/h) so he can just flank around and shoot at the engine that is in the back of the AT-ST and just destroy it that way. AT-ST is a great walker too but with a good driver of AT-RT that can outrun the AT-ST and hit him from the back, It's a victory.
@A normal Imperial tank operator I said "run" at 60km/h. If the AT-RT can remain unseen and quickly get behind the AT-ST he can do serious damage

all you really need is 2 heavy's to focus fire it with ion torpedo's, however that rarely ever happens, so getting an AT-ST just means a guaranteed LONG ASS KILL STREAK.

None of the sequel's game modes seem to come anywhere close to the glory that was Walker Assault in the 2015 game.

Pin them down so they cannot make any real movement of utilize any tactics. This game is not tactical with this dumb OP mechanics. EA hasn't learnt a bit. I'm glad I didn't buy this garbage. EA sucks!

its a mod called Prequel Weapons, i was using it for the clone wars eras and to make em feel like it's from episode 2.
Alvieres its for pc. frosty mod manager. enables you to import mods and play with them.

This game is cool to me I don't understand why alot of people hate on it.
The ones who hate it probably didnt even tried it, just judged based on videos and revievs. Or they expect to much from a video game. I fail to understand how is this funny for the enemy player's team. They don't have anything as powerful to counter this game mechanic, and it's fucking absurd how many of the enemy players kills without no effort (cause let's be real, he wasn't a pro or anything, just an average player for what I see).

has this game a Campaign mode or just multiplayer?
it has a campaign and it's apparently canon, although its not very long, it had DLC dropped as well for campaign.
_AdiGames_ the campaign isn't short either
it kinda is to be honest, it's barely 4.5 hours and the dlc can be done in 90 minutes. the "DLC" i believe was already in the game but they held it back.
I dont think DICE can even save this game, with clone wars as well

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away, you used to just buy a game and get everything within the game ,gameplay was fair with everyone having the same access to weaponry and damage output,but that time has passed and the dark side come with loot boxes,packs and DLC Characters,the galaxy looks on as new generation of gamers think that these things are normal,never knowing how it felt to pay for a game only once ,unlocking characters by completing missions

Get enough points and purchase it in the spawn screen, if its available.
The AT-ST...like most Tanks in reality and Star Wars are Support Tanks at best. They don't work at the front as they are slow, sluggish and big.
Before the IFT-X Tank, the AT-ST was the only Vehicle that was able to use all weapons at the same time.
at st only weakness: *DOOR*
