The talk really helped motivate me and put me back on track. I’m now trying this challenge as well and I fell off for almost two years. Which is crazy! I did go to school and all so I am earning more but now I have to get back on track with finances. I also make sure to tell myself I want to stuff at least one envelope every time I get paid. So yes being intentional helps
