Miss getting these for $150 delivered. Looks, smells and shoots like it is brand new despite being 40yo. Still have a few that are still sealed and will stay sealed until and unless SHTF. Still have a goodly amount of commercial non-corrosive 5.45x39. The Tela Impex is decent despite being corrosively primed but priced absolutely as high as anyone is willing to pay for it (more than some are willing to pay)

The tela accuracy SUCKS. I just picked up an '82 7N6 spam can on broker for 500.

Important to note that velocity out of a 16” barrel, 5.45 and 5.56 are virtually the same, give or take.
You mentioned specifically out of a 20” barrel, which the US fielded in Vietnam, and what 5.56 was made for, but I think the more accurate comparison is with an AK74’s 16” barrel length. Most AR15s in the US are 16” as well.

And also 5.56 is FAR more susceptible to velocity loss shorter than 16 than 5.45 is.
