I just went back to check the tape, I can't see the down but judging from the fact that the OL continues walking up after he's marked short, I'm assuming either 1st or 2nd down. If it were 3rd they'd be heading off. And you can see they needed 10 yards for a first. This is my best Sherlock Holmes impression. Not nearly as exciting as the movies.
