I know no one uses it but talent developer is op if you unlock the last two abilities. My qbs have been going up like 3-7 pts a year based on all the different factors. It’s expensive but if you want to really have op players at one position seems worth it. I’m churning out 1st pick qbs like I’m Lincoln Riley.
okay question i simmed a year and went to use florida and i chose them and lagway left. he ended up going to new mexico .. but how come when i clicked on him when get there he turnt into a 3-star instead of being a 5-star ? and his dev trait went down to normal ..

Our AD Scott Strickland is laughable irl too. He has hid multiple scandals, has hired the worst coaches out of any AD, and thought it would be a good idea to schedule the countries hardest schedules year to year.
