It doesn’t make any sense but if you try to sign a good coach during that week in the summer you can actually get a good one despite not being able to offer much. You’ll just have to offer a deal to like eight dudes but chances are one of them will accept that bad deal even if they don’t do it during the season for some reason
Maybe for the 100k special you can do the same as this but like you rebuild every team in the league if possible and try to win like 3 or 5 chips before changing the team
