Hello, what do you think about the high temperatures of these 14th gen? I'd really like to buy an i7 14700K using an AIO 360mm (Corsair H150), but I'm scared of this topic.
You're right to be cautious about 14th-gen Intel temperatures. There have been reports of higher-than-expected temperatures, especially under heavy load. However, a good cooling solution like a Corsair H150 360mm AIO should handle the i7-14700K quite well.
Great video! Do you know if I could use the bequiet Pure Rock 2 for the i7 14700K? The cooler has 150 TDP. However I read that TDP is not a reliable reference anymore. I don’t plan to do overclocking, but I’m worried it won’t be enough. If not, would the Dark Rock 5 be enough? Or does it have to be the Elite?
AIO coolers are often recommended for 14700K due to their efficient cooling capabilities, high-quality air coolers can also be effective at keeping the CPU at safe temperatures, especially if you're not planning to overclock it.
Would a Deepcool LS520 240mm AIO be enough in a mini itx case. Highest load it’ll be under would be 3d modeling for around a couple hours at a time. Thank you!
*I built a Micro ATX (not much bigger than a mini ITX) and I went with a 280mm (2x 140mm). The 280mm AiO coolers are JUST as effective as a 360mm (3x 120mm fans). See if it will fit in your chassis. Measure everything and then check the dimensions of the radiator of the AiO you pick out on the manufacturer's website.* 👍
@@BullseyeReview2ITwell I have asus tuf gaming b760 plus wifi motherboard.. I’m not planning to overclock, since I think it is already strong and fast cpu. @@doseofdayz go into the bios and change the p1 p2 powers to 125 watts and 253 watts. As long as the cpu is not used that much thermaltake air coolers are considered generally good.
@@BullseyeReview2ITWhy not? I have the Corsair H115i (280mm / 2x 140mm fans) and it performs a bit better and is much more quiet than the H150 series (360mm / 3x 120mm fans). There are tons of benchmarks on it. And 280mm always keep up with our beat 360mm AiOs. 120mm fans are lower performing fans vs 140mm. I will NEVER run 120mm fans again. 8 years of only 140mm fans and my PCs are whisper quiet and they have a higher static pressure AND they have a higher air pressure (CFM rating). And they cool SO much better. It's like on a car, when you push your engine really hard, two 10" fans don't beat one 14" fan.
@@lovethegamer45 Go with a Corsair H115 if you want to. I have one and under full load, my 14700K (in a dinky micro ATX case) never goes above 70°C. And I don't even run my CPU overclocked. But when I DID run it at 5.6GHz ALL core it never went above 81°C under full load. That is a 2 fan cooler. (2x 140mm). Easy peazy.
Arctic Liquid 360 cooler is generally considered sufficient for the 14700KF, especially if you're not overclocking heavily. Ensure your case has good airflow to help the cooler dissipate heat effectively.
Yes, a 240mm AIO cooler can support the Intel Core i7 14700k for most everyday tasks and moderate gaming. The 14700k has a base power draw of 125W and a maximum turbo power (MTP) of 253W. A good quality 240mm AIO and a case with good air flow should be able to handle this level of heat dissipation.
Yes, the be quiet! Dark Rock Elite is the best cooler among the three for the i7-14700k CPU. It has a 250W TDP rating, which is significantly higher than the Cooler Master MA824 STEALTH (180W) and Corsair A115 (150W). This means the Dark Rock Elite has more headroom to keep your CPU cool under load.
The DeepCool ASSASSIN IV is generally the better choice for cooling a 14700K. It's a high-performance air cooler designed to handle demanding CPUs. While the AK620 is a decent cooler, it might struggle to keep the 14700K adequately cool under heavy load, especially considering its high TDP.
Can you help me please my pc has been freezing all of a sudden and I can’t move my mouse or press a key at all I have to manually power it off and the fans sound as if there faster then usual
If your PC has updated before you have this problem, then that could be the cause. Another tip I can't give you because there is too little information provided.
NZXT Kraken Elite 240mm is generally sufficient for cooling an i7-14700 without overclocking. However, proper case airflow and monitoring CPU temperatures are essential for optimal performance.
@@BullseyeReview2IT I’d like to inform you I purchased the Lian Li Galahad II Trinity Performance 360 AIO this morning and have spent the last 7 hours doing extensive testing with moderate overclocking on my i7-14700k and the max temperatures I’ve had were between 73°c to 78°c, overclocking is set to 5.9GHz on all p cores and 4.8GHz on all e cores
The Arctic Liquid Freezer III 240 is a capable cooler that should be able to handle the heat generated by the i7-14700KF under normal conditions. However, if you plan to overclock the CPU or live in a hot climate, you might want to consider a larger 360mm radiator for better cooling performance.
Can you help please.I have bought the ak620 for 6 months ago for me it has a problem when the cpu 60-70 percent workload then is 98 grade then the Game it crashes should I buy a anotherone
I can help you with that. Here are the shortened troubleshooting steps: Check cooler mounting and thermal paste. Verify fan speed and airflow. Ensure proper case ventilation. If you live in hot areas, try to reduce the temperature in the room. If these steps don't address the overheating, a stronger cooler might be necessary.
The best choice depends on your priorities. If noise is a major concern, the Arctic is a great option. If you prioritize the absolute best cooling and want the most customizable RGB lighting, the MSI cooler might be the better fit.
