I was a skeptic at first, but after driving it and checking it out I am a definite believer! They have a goal in mind! It is to be on top, and they are headed in that direction!

I love them. I almost bought one but I have a Wildcat4 that is paid for and still runs great. The price and build quality is amazing on these units. Definitely huge bang for your buck.

I was hoping to see more on these. Glad this is coming to you fellas. I think they have the right suspension, power numbers, looks, and wheelbase to be a great trail machine. Can't wait to see more about them.

i have a villian, the intake is severely restrictive and the fuel ratio is VERY lean! get a tune and replace the intake and gain up to 16 more hp..then you will have more than the 23 Polaris xp1000~! These guys here sell the tune, Great tuner!

I really like the Segway tbh. I think it depends on pricing as to how well it’s gonna carry through. It’s awesome they brought a demo unit as well because Segway has been pushing the demo units out to all the big magazines with 500-2500 miles on em and everyone says they are built extremely well. I’ll definitely be keeping and eye on these one Blake. Maybe it’s time to trade in the cfmoto z950?? But I’d love to see a drag race stock to stock of that and the z950 ho and maybe “if possible” I love to see it on a track competing against the same z950 to show the difference between the two.

@@Michaelg0221 living in Ohio having a 72” machine makes it hard to ride anywhere but out of state I have to stay around 64-68” max
@@DirtTrailAdventures I agree in a way. In pa the public trails are all 50 inch trails so I’m stuck going to aoaa or famous reading or a few other private parks. I ride with a buddy that has a can am x3 that’s 70-72 inches wide and he struggles in some places for sure but on the rocks and higher speed trails he absolutely crushes me. I also think if your into mud the width might be an advantage as well.

@RealTalkPowersports In Georgia I go to Iron Mountain and when I go riding in Florida I go to Hog Waller, ocala national forest and Flagler estates. I personally bought a 2023 Arctic Cat Alterra TRV limited and I ride it more than my canam defender and Honda rubicon. But I bought the Arctic Cat in Tennessee. No dealer network around North Georgia.

Looks great! How do you wash it? Are the screens and dash etc waterproof or do you have to keep the pressure washer away from all that and clean it more carefully? Thanks!
Appearance wise looks like a arctic cat, I never thought they look good but I can’t say anything performance based, this Segway seems to be good.

I see Wildcat. Not a bad thing, the Wildcat 1000 was a great machine when it came out. Price will be key.
I almost bought one this year but I went with a zforce 950. Segway is supposed to be releasing a hybrid with insane torque

The hybrid was the original plan on these. I'm 90% sure it will never come out.
Here in Baltimore MD, glen burnie powersports has the 72" for $12,999-$14,949 i cant wait til Saturday to pickine up. Apparently they cant sell the 72" here and they are letting them go.
1:35 Call me wierd if you want, but if that thing had a proper h-pattern 4 speed or 5 speed manual transmission instead of a CVT, I'd probably buy one. It seems to drive pretty good I'd just simply have more fun with an H-pattern manual.

Even tough i live in Sweden you inspired me to get the 950 ho ex but here its called 1000R as you know. I love it, im saving so i can get a stage 3 clutch kit in the future :D@@RealTalkPowersports

Is this developed and manufactured by Segway? Or is it a rebadged model from some other little known manufacturer overseas? Oh, and who makes the engine? It would be interesting to see where everything is manufactured or where parts are sourced from. I really like what it has to offer.

If it was priced more competitively like the CFMotos are then I’d consider it. But at a start price of $20k for the 72” sx10 I’d be getting a name brand, proven machine.
Not sure where you’re shopping. But RideNow has a starting price of 15k for the 72”

you could spend 10k more on the cf and still the villian would be better! The engine alone would have to be literally have reworked to get the stock detuned 105 hp of the segway. !

Whoa I was not expecting an internal combustion engine in this, very sharp unit too! However, if they are gonna dip into the dark side they should look into taking care of that rusty exhaust issue. Thats pretty bad for 400 miles.
They never did come out with the hybrid that was originally planned on these.

yes it does, but recommend a clutch kit. the segway does have a very low, low gearing...good for up to about 32's without required clutching

so i got a question since yall have a demo model on your hands i see the big touch screen has blue tooth and looked like a button for am/fm/radio does this unit come with speakers already installed or are we going to have to upgrade to have audio from the center screen?
This model does not come with speakers
install an exogear and navigate it with the touchscreen....easy....

i think its pretty ugly, but i also think the z950 is real ugly and yet i own one lol. its a good machine tho, seems built well if Segway power sports can survive as a company and get there feet off the ground i think they will stick around and do ok

The roof is to tall but great machine.
Segway does not sell very well at all in my area the 2 dealers. CFMOTO outsells everything else.
We believe that with the extra horse power, and suspension Segway has that it will do good for us.
When people see the capabilities that will shift
@RealTalkPowersports the 2 dealers in my area could not give them away. They had them for 2 years and sold maybe 4 units. I'm pretty sure they dropped them because I don't even see the brand on their website. The price didn't beat CFMOTO and the quality was not as good.

Absolute junk. I've sat in almost every sxs brand. Driven most. The components in this thing is truly garbage. The screen glitches constantly, the a arms and even the Chinese shocks they use if you dig into them, are cheap absolute garbage. The electrical in these are a nightmare, you said a nice fit and finish lol lol. That's the furthest thing from the truth. Your literally lying through this whole thing saying you push what you believe in. You push what your paid to believe in. These don't hold a candle in the wind to the big 2, let alone the Japanese brands lol. Polaris doesn't have fit and finish as good as the big Japanese brands, and segway is worlds behind Polaris lol.
