I know but even kumar put racial joke, i never take it to the heart. Because he evenly roast every single race base on the factual ground without touching any believes and religions. Comedian like these its truly rare. Because he know the the culture sensitivity. Not like Jocelyn Chia its pure evil and hatred, dark and no empathy.

Many Singaporeans at his age will know a lot of things happening in this country. Unfortunately, people his age will face discrimination in the job market too. I should also add that when you see jobs ad like: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or we are a team of young and energetic workers. It implies that the company do not accept older workers in their work force.
I agree - Kumar is a national treasure. Nobody does better than him. He must be recognised, before it's too late.

The main problem in Singapore is not Mandarin speaking jobs but minorities such as Malay and Indians may not be preferred to be hired by some companies unless there is no other suitable Chinese available for the job which is hard as there are 75% Chinese (excluding Malaysian Chinese, Indonesian Chinese and Mainland Etc) 😂
