SHREDII 2.0 was a great success, but it had many flaws that you viewers pointed out. In this DIY machine video, we invented SHREDII 3.0 which solved all of the problems in the previous version.
This homemade plastic shredder turned out to be ultra powerful and surprised us by shredding aluminum COKE cans and multiple plastic water bottles at the same time. By recycling 3D printed waste with SHREDII 3.0, we can use INJEKTO 2.0 to inject the pellets into molds that we 3D print or create on our DIY CNC machine.
The mechanical parts are available for sale on our website for anyone who is interested in taking a closer look.

I was punished severely as a child through constant chores, I hate cleaning so much in my adult years that home life becomes unfortunate with a litter of paper plates, plastics bottles/utensils and fast food cups/bags. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm designing my living space to be extremly convenient, so that cleaning requires little effort and recycling doesnt become a time-consuming chore. Imagine how much time is saved, once you have it setup with a catcher? How many other things you could be accomplishing or enjoying rather than the mundane labor of cleaning? I passionatly hate cleaning and the dysphoria it gives me, so this is an excellent alternitive to live clean while minimizing effort. Well done, I am most pleased with this find.

It looks like it's really nice quality, and I LOVE the idea of hooking a bike to it. I've got boxes of printer scrap to shred and bags of cans as well. ...though, those would probably be better just taken to a recycler, in my case.

Great video and im very interested in buying one of these kits for a project that I have in mind. One thing I have noticed is that you don't have a recommended parts list or an optional parts list for the parts used in this video,. Looking at the extra details on the website and watching this video twice, you never specified what the shaft diameter is for the motor couplings making this difficult to get an estimate for buying parts. Again I love the idea and the work you guys do, I just wish you would put out more information on the parts used in these videos

Pretty cool little shredder. Since you were cutting plates on a laser anyways, you could've cut two gears for both shafts, and use a single AC motor with worm gearbox to drive it. But, I assume that those servo? drives with gearboxes are not meant for this project anyways. Something tells me that you're designing your own automated injection molding machine.
