    Using a face mask especially when talking over the food would be a good idea. Also some disposable gloves.

      @@NimanambeTV after washing and taking out the stones I soaked it overnight to ferment and added pepper, ginger and Cloves and took it the milling centre..after I spread it to dry for about 2 days
