To do with the risk the person has, you can risk nothing being skulled or lots being skilled. Depends on the gear

Power creep in this game is getting unreal. Exp with the changes of angler fish. People can casually redbar you with 1 spec. People nag about safers but if you can get dropped with a 40/40, 41/41/42/42 of course you'd be safeing.
It's BH, no one's attacking you for your supposed risk. It's for emblem upgrades. You can risk 100k and say I'm unskull and ppl will try pk you for an emblem. Cool idea but it's bunk. Go to bh with max gear and 200k risk, your targ is gonna skull anyway.

Couldn’t someone just print gp by using a main account with a full set of the new armor and an alt account to just kill the account over and over since you can attack anyone and not just your target. So the alt could just kill the main for 5m GP per new armor piece over and over?
