DIY Puff sleeve smock dress from scratch - A perfect summer dress

I hope you're all doing well. This's one of my favorite DIY for this summer. It's puff sleeve smock dress that is a perfect dress for summer. No pattern needed.. only cut 3 rectangles and get elastic thread , sewing machine and fabric!!
