Just purchased this today! I went into the store to purchase the St louis, but fell in love with this design. Seemed much more durable and structured and I love the fact that its also reversible!
Thank you for the detailed and straight forward review! I’m really curious on how it fits over the shoulder. Is it uncomfortably snug? I do have bigger arms so I’m worried it wouldn’t work
How often have u used this bag in the 2 years ? Also do u notice any rubbing off of the monogram patterns on any parts of the body. Which brand is your bag insert, it looks very sturdy.
In the first year I used it as my work tote to carry all the daily essentials, lunch, etc. I didn't put my laptop it in though. Then I replaced it with a Longchamp since I was getting paranoid about it getting caught in the snow and rain. After that I used it for weekends and errands mostly. None of the monogram has rubbed off or scratched. This bag insert is from Amazon and I have another one for my Longchamp from Amazon as well. The sellers should have all measurements listed. Hope that helps! :)
I believe right now it's between US$2350 to US$2450, unfortunately it's tricky trying to find Goyard prices. I would say your best bet is the Goyard purseforum for the most up to date pricing.

Unfortunately I don't own a Neverfull to compare properly, but based on what I've seen (friends' bags and in store at LV), I would describe the Goyard canvas as relatively thinner, more flexible and an overall more shiny look and feel. In terms of the canvas coating, the Goyard has a smoother flat finish while the LV Neverfull has an almost leather grain textured finish. Another thing to consider is that the LV canvas is a heavier weight (aka thicker canvas) vs. the Goyard lighter weight (aka thinner canvas). Hope that helps!

100% agree, while there's merits to the St. Louis I'm always surprised that the Anjou isn't more well known!

The Saint Louis is also reversible fyi - The canvas side is used / originally created as a beach bag that protects it from water :)
But the canvas can easily get dirty quick, this inside is leather and very as well elegant! ❣️
