You can do this with the New Array Modifier in 3dsMax 2024. But great tool.

Fantastic product, but I'm curious how the hell after *24 years* Autodesk still hasn't added a radial symmetry modifier to 3ds max.
Isn't this supposed to be a standard tool in almost any 3d/2d program nowadays?

Maybe some material IDs modifying workflow can be included also? for example - a possibility to set IDs by step for every next radial segment

Yes! Booleans can be used with this to model highly complex radial pieces.
