I just fixed mine!! Pw sensor was dirty as hell. On the 8550 take out the print head and under it there is one screw for the tiny pw sensor . Clean it up, put everything back together and done!! This happened to me because ink was all over the top of my print head and leaked into the sensor. You will know when you remove the dampers and see a ton of ink everywhere.
I just finished the conversion on the same printer. I am have the paper-jam error on the 13x19 dtf. I have an issue with the settings for white underbase on image only… the printer today wanted to do white underbase across the whole sheet. Please help! Thank you!!

Hello 👋🏾 what’s the resolve when you’ve taped and it continues to occur?
Check for debris in the printer. Other than that clean your printer and if within 30 days return

1st make sure your image is png with a transparent background and not a JPEG

Thank you so much 🎉 may I ask what kind of cleaner you use on epson ?
I will add it in the description
The tape goes at the top when feeding? Or at the bottom
It goes at the top where you feed it in
