Are you able to beat a criminal speeding ticket, if they do not have you on radar. If so how do you go about it. Approximately 65mph with a speed limit posted 40mph. Visual measurement.
What happens if you are a foreigner? I’m from Italy and I got a criminal traffic ticket. I’m just worried about the criminal conviction, would it be recorded in Italy?

The answer is maybe. It depends on a lot of factors. If I were you I'd hire an attorney. They can't answer questions like that until they have all the facts.
I go to court tomorrow for apparently going a 69 on a 45, it’s my first hearing so I hope he will give me a deal, if not I will plan on going not guilty to negotiate an outcome I want, I admitted to going 55 on the 45, but he insisted I was going 69, I can confidently say I know forsure I was going 55, and not near 70
I’m doing this by myself as well, so I hope your teachings can help with my outcome, I only wish to not increase my dads insurance, anything else, I am gladly willing to take as a consequence of my actions

The da is not allowed 🚫 to make claims against a man or women in court they can only make a complaint.
Ask the prosecutor for the print out of the speed you where going (allegedly)🤣. And tell him I’ll waite.😂😂😂😂
Does the State need to file a Criminal Ticket within sixty days, as they do for civil, for it to be eligible for a Motion to Dismiss?
