    Nice,……before taking them down loosen the bottom screw half a turn to prevent chipped bricks,then next time you always screw to tighten,not unscrew to loosen… Great tip,l never bother with the square plate to stabilise

    Had mine 35 years and still love em . I like the wedge tip and I’m the same , a little push and hand tighten them 👌🏼
    We have the magnetic level too it’s like an extra hand 🖐🏼 .
    When we take ours down we do the opposite ( slacken the stabilisers them a little push and loosen the bottom screws then everything pops out lovely.
    Great no nonsense video 👌🏼🧱👍🏽

      I find the Blake's better though I have both, the bonus of Blake's is being able to joint behind them and not needing all the top clamps etc if you use the stabalisers properly. 👍

    To get the profile squared up, a good tip is to run a course round the plot, but leave the corner bricks off. Then set up your line on the line clips and you can get the profile bang on lined in and square

  • @frankiedancaster4424
    @frankiedancaster4424 3 роки тому +1

    • @bricklayersworldwithandy6277
      @bricklayersworldwithandy6277  2 роки тому +1

      More you use them the easier it gets, you slightly offset the profile when you put the first clamp on, the wedge then stops that from falling out and when you bang the second clamp in it pulls it square.
