Less charity more intense, specialized, positive reinforced, education. There was a time that my community had a public school that taught how to build a small building. I have very little doubt the people coming across the border can/have learned how to do that within their education system. What are your thoughts on the education of US citizens, illegal aliens, refugees trying to enter the country, and what governs them. I would think most legal immigrants do know what the fourteen amendment is and how it can directly affect what's going on across the border. America is famous for having a place for everyone!

Not really needed. All we need is a policy change, and this goes away over night. If you sneak across the border, you are banned from every working and applying for citizen ship for the rest of your life. If you show up at a port of entry, you can request asylum, but need to prove that you asylum case has a greater than 50% chance of succeeding before a magistrate. If you don't pass that then you should be turned away. You can try again after a year.
Also make the penalty for knowingly hiring illegals very very strict for employers and you would solve this illegal alien problem over night, no need to shoot people, or use modern day Dinosaurs. The problem is the political will isn't their.

He'll have a press release that will be televised where he will spell out what he's going to do to stop the crisis.
