How to Find the Dimensions of a Rectangle using Quadratics and Factoring

I did the 3,4,5 method and got the same answer because it's a right angle

Yes sometimes you can use different methods and the 345 method works great when you have a right triangle! In this case it was just showing how you can use quadratics to solve the same question.
