Great video, CryptoDad! Just thought I'd share with you (and your viewers) that the coinbase wallet does not currently support all erc20 tokens. I recently sent some polymath tokens over and they did not appear. I called coinbase support and they said they are not able to recover my polymath tokens. Also, they said they do not currently support all erc20 tokens and they recommend NOT sending any erc20 tokens to this wallet at this time, as they still are working on the infrastructure. Maybe you could make another video addressing this fact, if you are able to find the same info I have? Would be great info to share with your viewers :)

It pretty much does the same thing And I believe it supports more ERC 20 tokens . But always test each token by sending a small amount first, In case It's a dud

Hi ! I am a learner with all this CryptoCurrency, having watched your informative video, CriptoDad. I have a Ledger nano S which I am very keen to put into full use. Due to my indepth study on the pros and cons of both wallets my feeling is my currency will be far safer in my Ledger nano s. With a wallet being an app on a phone I feel there is real risk as it is almost constantly online! I stand to be corrected on this.!

im trying to do this from my laptop to cold wallet on my android.... it looks different and on the coinbase site i can select send/receive which gives me an email, phone, or address section.. my address name i gave to my wallet says invalid. my email seems to let me proceed but i don't cause im nervous and in the wallet itself after selecting receive offers a qr scan or user name... now i already said my user name doent come up as valid on the coinbase website but that qr scan has the address which is super long under neath that barcode/qr and i typed that whole thing in on the website and that also seems to allow me to proceed.... but again im afraid... what am i suppose to do? i keep missing out on all these alt coins that 10x and it sucks. i can't use kraken or kucoin untill i learn how to effectively move my assets around efficiently.

Please HELP. It seems that my coinbase wallet is linked to my exudus wallet. I've never really used exudus, I only transferred a few coins there. But CB wallet and Exudus are showing the same balance as if they are linked. Even the seed phrase is the same. How can that be? I'm afraid to do anything on my wallet and somehow lose my funds.

question at 2:33 what happens if you skip the verify seed phases step, I got to that step and was copying and pasting but the first word I copied, I copied the worng one, so I did not know how to correct it and just skipped, that will not interfere with the recovery process if you wrote them down correctly right?

I am trying to pay for something using crypto. I only have coinbase app and wallet(Whatever that means) and they say Continuue to go to Bitpay. OK now I have Bitpay app. WIth no money in it. I keep trying to move money to it from Voinbase so I ca spend it, but it just keeps buying more from my bank? And the amount in Coinbases stays the same. Why cant I simply send the amount to the bitpay wallet??

I come across a problem where my facial recognition on my iphone was not able to detect and verify me on the coinbase wallet app. Since I had my recovery phrase written down. I decided to sign out and try to log in manually. after finding my 12 word phrase and entering it I was asked to write in a username. When i wrote my username for my wallet. It said account taken then i proceed to writing a different username which created a empty wallet. And every-time i sign out and enter the key phrase again it logs me into a new account can i still recover my crypto coins? please help me understand whats going on
By far and far out of videos I have seen tonight this one has been the most easy to understand and thank you for that. A website I use now only accepts bitcoin and e-checks. Not willing to hand over my routing and account information I opted for bitcoin. So I understand making a CoinBase account and moving the coins to the CoinBase Wallet. What I am confused about is how to actually pay for the product online using the bitcoins in the wallet. So the website I wish to purchase from says "Purchase with an obligation to pay" and I don't know what comes next since I don't want to commit to a purchase I'm not sure I'm going to be able to pay. It's a button that says that. So should I expect an form that is going to ask me for my Wallet address? Apple App Store "CoinbaseWallet" is not made by Coinbase. That App is by some other user with only 2K downloads (fishy).
I do all the steps but when I get through putting the words in, there is no button to click or recognition I'm finished........what do I do?? I've tried it like 6 times. It also only gives me 10 or 11 of the 12 words.
I didn’t ever get an address. I got the -2 words and they asked me to create another password and 2 passcodes. One was for the backup I guess but I don’t use them. Also when I logout it sends me back to Coinbase or a page that says it isn’t connected. I did everything right. I feel paranoid now.

Can you tell me why a company who needs to transfer funds to me made from BTC trading, has asked me to set up a Coinbase ethereum wallet as they say it is the system that they use for easy transactions and less network fees. Also they have said the fee that I will have to agree to pay Coinbase is between 15-18% of the total transferred. Is there anyway I can pay less using Coinbase or is this just a scam. No, just make sure that the wallet is indeed empty. The connection between the Coinbase account and the Coinbase wallet just makes it easier to transfer back and forth. But it won't delete assets from your Coinbase exchange account if you delete the wallet.

Coinbase app is for buying and selling crypto, whereas the coinbase wallet is where you can store your crypto safely. Also with just the coinbase app you can store your crypto.

The Coinbase wallet has change now. Fingerprint ID or pass key now, it had no facial ID choice. Tabs are coins & collectibles, no tokens. Still 12 word phase code. Coinbase wallet was simple to do, since I already trade with coinbase. I linked both and it showed all my Crypto i had and I picked one and transfer it to my wallet (you do have to use your pass keys or authentication. So simple
