The lawsuit would require them to register with the SEC and pay a fine. I doubt the lawsuit would put them out of business. Binance had to pay a $4 Billion dollar fine and they are still in business.

Go to your account balance in Coinbase Wallet. Then go to your assets and choose the coin you want to sell to your bank account.
