The lawsuit would require them to register with the SEC and pay a fine. I doubt the lawsuit would put them out of business. Binance had to pay a $4 Billion dollar fine and they are still in business.

For anyone that’s wondering how to do it I logged into my Coinbase account on my laptop, clicked receive and it comes up with a code to scan on your phone so I sent my coins to Coinbase then sold the coins into gdp (British currency) then sent the gdp into my bank account
