Slow Down Birdsongs & You Hear Whales

I trekked deep into the forest and recorded its sounds at daybreak, then played it back at 10% speed. This simple transformation revealed an alien reality lying just beneath the familiar beauty of birdsong and babbling brook. Songbirds transformed into whales, owls into strange saurian creatures of the Mesozoic, and the forest itself became an otherworldly soundscape.
