Umm, if he apologized for his latest Bleach video, then that's news to me. But in that latest one, he said he deleted his last take because he got information wrong. Ironic since history repeated itself in an unprecedented way.

Sorry, again haven't watched either and I don't particularly like his stuff ( I think his "You Should Watch" videos are some of the last things I would show someone to get into something considering how full of spoilers they are from the thumbnail alone)
Also Episode of East Blue isn't a replacement for East Blue. It leaves out pretty much everything except backstories, Luffy defeating the villain, and everybody joining. Also the credits spoil stuff up through the end of Dressrosa. Not saying it can't get someone into One Piece, just that it isn't a replacement.
