sir i was currently following your old full-body workout routine and i m getting tired after a full session and that tiredness last for the whole day,i was on calorie deficit, i have started seeing results but couldn't continue because of tiredness,is there any solution?

Me diet pe rahti hu to patli rahti hu thoda khane k bad bahar ka moti ho jati hu pata nhi chl rha h kya problem me 2 month kuch nahi khae 2 din bahar ka khane k bat 2 month ka mehnat Gaya Mera love handles to jata hi nhi h
Didi aap daily workout kariye and please bahar nahi khaye, muscle grow improve hone ke baad aapka problem kaam ho jayega.
Sir ji bhai ko rest bhi to de diya karo,,,,Aur aap rest ke baare me to batate hain nhi,,Har SET KE BEECH me 30 sec,,,60 sec ya phir 90 sec ka wait to hona hi hota hai,,,bs body Thanda nhi hona chahiye....

You can do everyday this workout, do as per your strength like 1 set of each in beginning and increase sets after few weeks
Aap jante ho itna, and proper breathing karke workout karne par without break bhi aap perform kar sakte hai but required amount me rest jarur lena
