    Egg Roll in a Bowl
    680 g of ground pork
    1 bag of coleslaw mix
    1 cup of shredded carrots
    2 tbsp of sesame oil
    1/4 cup of coconut amino
    1/4 cup of green onions
    Place a pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Once the oil is heated, add ground pork. Once the pork is cooked through, add in the coleslaw mix and grated carrot. Add in the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, the coconut aminos, salt and pepper. Place a lid on the pan. Cook until the cabbage has softened up. Serve on its own or with cauliflower rice/regular rice, and fresh green onions.

    Thank you for leaving the recipe in the description!! I watch your vlogs but it’s easier to write down the instructions and not have to try to keep up!! I just love your easy tips! I never thought to use the coleslaw bag to make egg roll in a bowl!! It would be so much easier to make!!

    Hi Tanya. Really good videos you put out. Help a lot with paleo.
    I have ulcerative colitis and here is a question for you: do you think strict paleo is the best way to go or should we incorporate a few non paleo - healthy and accepted non paleo foods? Which ones would you incorporate from the following: fermented dairy (yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese...), grains, cereals, psuedo cereals (quinoa, buckwheat...)

      Personally, I try to be as inclusive as possible, while still supporting my health. I do have some food intolerances which I avoid most of the time though in order to feel good. The foods you mentioned can be healthy, just depends person to person if they can tolerate them.
