Activating Neighborhoods ft. Chris Cole

DishRoulette Kitchen is a nonprofit organization that provides funding and guidance to small businesses (typically in the feed and bev space). Christopher Cole and I landed on a discussion on how neighborhoods can be (re)activated. DRK shares space with one of their notable clients, Rubi's Tacos (previously at Maxwell Street Market). Rubi's has become a a tourist hub for locals around the city as well as tourists from afar. We discussed what other vessels can become consistent magnets for neighborhoods.
