Christopher Ward has been my favourite watch brand for a year or so. I was aware of this watch but never paid it much attention. It looks fantastic so thank you for drawing my attention to it!!
I had a c61, about 16 years old but still the best bracelet clasp i have had on a diver… except Tudor but that’s a recent improvement from them and a different price point. Christopher Ward are superb. If they get something wrong, they listen. They innovate, they get their prices right, they make great watches. Can’t ask for more
Christopher Ward is awesome. I love my C63 green Sealander GMT. They have so many winners in their line up. I think most of their watches are worth $1,000 more than they sell them for.
I believe if the smoked glass blocking piece was any darker, it might affect the ability for the “covered” moon to absorb enough light to properly light up, once it moves in sight. Also the lighted moon might not be evenly lit as it becomes visible.
Out of my price range, but if money wasn't an issue then I'd definitely want to own this one. I think you are right too -- This one kinda straddles the line between sports watch and dress watch, while leaning more to the sports side.
I’ve never owned but admired CW. Was actually looking at the Aquitane creme dial diver/gmt and saw the hunter green dial (also light catcher case) on green canvas strap, and just about bought it. Truly a gorgeous watch, and 125 off with coupon by midnight when special ends. Thanks for sharing Rob. Love the other Moon watch! lol
I'm so close to wanting this watch, but I just wish they had blacked out the bottom half instead of being translucent so you would only see the moon on the top half of the dial.
I Really thinks that this is one of the Best looking Watches I’ve seen on your Wrist! It fits you Very Very nicely and in my opinion you should definitely keep this Watch because it Really looks so darn Good on you!!!
Do quite like it. One gripe is the old CW logo, which I'm not a fan of. Suppose if you're thinking of paying that sort of price for a watch you be fussy about these things. Maybe they'll update one day.
This is really a cool watch, definitely an attention grabber. And I'd slice to see more non fiber watches shown. I love astrology so this would hold my attention like mad! Very nice.
See if you can get the Anthropocene or 39mm GMT. You won't be calling them CWard watches much longer. They've dropped the name on new releases. Using the Anglo-Swiss flag logo alone.

That diamond coated rotor, i think is reminiscnent of the way the light moves on the moon. Absolute awesome sublte touch if it was intended.

Agree, but over 3 years just putting aside $50-$75 a month aside, I could order this one recently. Hope you could pull it off.

Pity about the logo. Their new double flag logo at the 12 position would suit this piece better in my opinion.

I like this a lot, I have a deposit down for a Bel Canto but I might just add this to my collection as well.
