I love how they kind of called back to season 7, episode 2 when Chandler was telling Monica about his plans for their future: “Of course we’d have an apartment over the garage where Joey could grow old” 😁
And early in the series, after Mr. Heckles died, Chandler figured he'd be the one to remain single and he begged Joey to invite him over for holidays so he wouldn't be alone.
When Joey said he couldn't imagine two people more perfect for eachother than Chandler and Monica, I gotta say, "Chanoey" had a pretty great run.

@@jdax21 Sorry I disagree, in my opinion Chandler being with Monica was the shows biggest mistake. Chandler stopped being funny in series 6 and was never the same again, he was happy and in love and therefore he was boring.
For me it ruined the show and undermined everything that the show was about along with Rachel getting pregnant.
Chandler saying "welcome home man" and the guys hugging it out might be the best moment of the show ❤️

The best thing that Friends ever had going for it was the chemistry between Matt Le Blanc and Matthew Perry. That's why I thought the best seasons were 1-4. There was something special about 'Chanoey' as Phoebe called them. It really showed when crazy Eddie moved in and Chandler did everything he could to get Joey back as a roommate. Le Blanc said himself "when Chandler and Monica got married, I missed [the Chandler/Joey] relationship. It hurts a little."

I feel like Monica & Chandler's relationship ruined Chandler & Joey's friendship, because Monica was very clingy, or they hung out more. Chandler & Joey got like no scenes together after Monica & Chandler got together - it makes me sad.

One of the many endearing things about Chandler is the way he supported Joey's career. At one time or another, Chandler literally paid for every aspect of Joey's career, and he was genuinely happy to do it. He even offered to pay for surgery when Joey had a hernia after he lost his insurance. That is an outstanding friend. Chandler was really a classy guy.

I love the friendship between Chandler and Joey - they are each other's biggest supporters. When Joey was still struggling as an actor, Chandler helped him financially and practically (and he was so excited when Joey got the part). And Joey was the first one to find out about Chandler and Monica, and was always so happy for them. They're always so chill and accepting of each other. I love seeing friendships (male or female) like this.
