Joy is a feeling of love, awe, wonder, and happiness all at the same time. Once you can recognize it, you will in-joy feeling it more often. Garret is a friend of mine, and I feel joy for the path that he has taken to experience joy after the travails described here.

In my opinion, it is mental. Sometimes they will experience panic in this life
