Hi, can I ask why you're building Stridebreaker? If I play on-hit Akshan, I would go Titanic Hydra for more burst, like I can one-shot enemy carry with E-AA-AA(reset)
Mostly for the survivability it provides and it also has nice movespeed onhit and you can use the Active to get meeles off of you when they engage you to kite them easier. I buy it when I want to be a bit tankier, havent really tried Titanic myself.

In what scenario would you suggest rageblade?
I barely buy rageblade myself cause I prefer being tankier with Stridebreaker build, but if you feel like enemy team is so insanely tanky and nobody else in your team does any damage you can go rageblade so you get through the enemy frontline faster.
