Thanks a billion for taking the time to do a demo for us UA-camrs! Mine has been sitting on a shelf for almost 6 months...your video has me anxious to use now!! I actually NEVER read the box/contents & ONLY picked up for the $25 Tuesday Morning cost. Honestly, I was going to give to my 11 yr old niece!
I love those little tower ink pads. I have all 4 of the sets. They are easy to carry with me when I want to stamp away from home. Loved your video. Thanks for all you show us!
Sizzix has some stuff called sticky grid sheets, it's kinda like a post it note, you can put that on the mini press and it'll hold your paper without magnets. Looks like a cute machine and bundle.
I just got the stamp platform, stamps, dies, embossing folder and the 2 cut and emboss folders, I got the florals kit at Wal-Mart. I really like everything but 1 of the cut and emboss folders is so sticky on the inside that 1 of the dies actually stuck to the embossing side, I need to use goo gone on it. I couldn't find much on how to use these besides HSN videos and so far yours, so at least I have an idea of what to do now. I'll be sure to use my full sized die cut machine to run these through.
Just subscribed! Your video was so comprehensive, I’m sold! I just got one of these and it’s been a little intimidating to use. Can I ask where you put your stamps after you took it off the acrylic block?
Thanks for the review. Curious that you had a problem with the big Precision Press not fitting firmly, I have one and it's perfect, no movement at all. It's my favourite stamp platform of all the ones I have...and I have many sadly. As for holding the paper, use low tack tape - I never use magnets, I've always found them a bit of a pain. I hope you're still enjoying your Mini Evolution bundle.
Good to hear that maybe just the one i got was a bit "off." I have many stamping tools, too...I don't know if any are my favorite. I do love the mini evo, though...what's not to love? LOL!
@Annette Po I have problems with my WRMK's Precision Press as well. If I get a good impression the first time, everything is okay, but that's super rare, regardless of the stamping tool I have. The problem is the shifting of the peg holes when I have to re-stamp. I thought once I colored the image in, it would look better and I could ignore the blurred image but that didn't work at all. What techniques are you using to prevent this? I really need some feedback because currently it's collecting dust and I really want to use it since I invested the money. I thought perhaps a sure fire thing I could count on using it for if not anything else, was background stamps but that's even worse. I've searched and searched for information on how to prevent the shifting but nothing. I see lots of comments from people with the same problem but I never encounter any solutions. I hardly ever see videos where crafters are using the Precision Press on a consistent, regular basis, so it looks like most crafters simply don't care for it. If I could find a way to prevent shifting, the Precision Press would be absolutely perfect for my big bulky background rubber stamps. Thanks in advance for any advice!
@@Allhoney33 Hi! I thought the blurring from shifting was simply user error. I am now convinced it is the tool. Thanks for sharing your experience and outcome...it is appreciated!
Kisha Wilson Any time! It’s definitely not user error because I’ve come across many reviews of people having the exact same problem. I can’t believe WRMKs didn’t put forth better quality control for this. It’s super annoying and since I spent money on it, I hate to not use it! Uhhhhh
Sand the side of your embossing folder. I did that with my Sizzix Big Kick! Just make sure your embossing folder or cutting plates are straight when you are using machine. Thanks for video. 😍 💞 I am considering buying this one.
Hi! Thank you for this video! It is very helpful! I just bought mine today at Joann for $60.00. I really wanted it for embossing since I have a Cricut. I was going to return it because I didn't realize that it was so small, but decided to keep it because I do think that I will use it and I got it at such a good price. Do you have a recommendation for a larger machine that just embosses?
I was thinking of getting one of these. I cant afford a cricket. Which machine can you reccomend for scrapbooking and card making. I'm so new to all of this.
To be honest, if you're looking for an inexpensive little guy...I would recommend the Diamond PRess Marquise. I think it's sold out on HSN right now, but should be back in June. See my reviews on it, it's so great!
Very cute, but seems like a bit more work to me. I just ordered another cuttlebug machine cause I heard they’re discontinuing them and mine is about to crap out on me anyway. Hugz
Awesome! LOL! I didn't know that about the cuttlebug. I had three...but recently sold my original one before the move. Boohoo! I really didn't want to, but at the same time, I like to prove to myself that I can "let go!" That's so sad. (;
VianneyCreates I know. I’ve always wanted an electric one but I’ve been just fine with my cuttlebug for so long now. I’ve heard it’s being discontinued a few times now so I rushed to order mine. Maybe, just MAYBE one day I’ll get me one of them Tim Holts machines. Hugz
Thanks for sharing I just got mine from Tuesday Morning 24.99 I don't know what else comes in the kit that is different as I have everything that you mentioned.
O my gosh thank you I am waiting on mine to come in but I used those very same M S inks on my big press last. Night but mine were completely dried up and they had never even been open I thought they would be perfect oh well mine went in the trash ..Thank you so much for the heads up on the folder getting messed up tooo!
Thanks for the review.. was thinking of getting one.. I have a Spellbinders Sapphire and a Diamond Press which I LOVE both.. but they are just shy of 3" plates and that knocks out a LOT of my small dies.. Do you have any Anna Griffin dies/ embossing folders ( the narrow edge ones).. can you use them with this machine?? Thanks BTW noticed you are a CTMH rep.. me too.. well on and off for 10 yrs ;-) I subbied.. maybe you will enjoy my channel as well..
Crafty Stash thanks for your comment! I’ve wanted a mini die cut machine for a while now, but having 6/9/12” manuals & 6/12” electric ones, I can’t seem to justify another hand crank one! Even though they are super cute! Lol I may go for Crafter’s Companion Gemini Go 🤔🤩 By the way, I subscribed to your channel! Nice content! 🙂
May I know ur feed back on this machine. Coz I'm scared to go for a smaller machine thinking if that will be an invain investment as a starter to this card making field.
This particular machine is not my favorite. If you want a small machine to see if this is something you like to do, get the Diamond Press (around $25-30, depending what's in the bundle) or the new Crafter's Companion Mini. (around $30-40). Those are easy to work with and are great machines.
I'm not sure if I feel it's too much work. You definitely have to take care to stamp in a certain order and how you place the paper in the folder. I'm not sure yet. I think I'm going to keep it bc I have a soft spot for small cutting machines, but I'm not sold on the layering stuff yet. (:
I am SO GLAD I found this! Just bought one and realized how clueless i was…..thank you!

That's a great use for them. I still have some decades old ones from Martha Stewart that are still juicy!!

Thank you for the demonstration. I just bought one today and your demonstration helped me alot. Thank you.
Very happy to help! TY!
Hi Victorian edge.. how is d machine working with u? Is it really worth buying rather a sizzix machine? Coz it cost a lot for a beginner..
Increíble 🙌🏻
Thank you so much for this, I have the floral set I got on clearance and you just helped me figure it out since there was no instructions sadly
Glad I could help! TYSM!

The stamp is suppose to be aligned with the holes on the top plate not on the bottom plate.

Awesome! I think with WRMK, I will wait until the items get to Tuesday Morning...it seems they always do! (:
Me too! I saw the price and I was shock! I totally bought it right away! I found it the cleance section. So happy I found it.
Same! I could not believe it was there in January 2020!!! $24 for the entire kit!!! SCORE!!!
I think it is pretty clever for beginners, but isn’t it very limited in use compared to Fox a cuttlebug and stamps?
I think so, too!
