Bro will be so good to see this thing in action. Make sure you give us all as much notice as you can when you get it to a track day. I'll definitely be down there to see it in person 👌
Wasn't a fan of this car when you brought it, but the transformation you have done on the fevo is one of the best budget builds on UA-cam period Well done Mike and Team
I've been following all of your content from when you first built the E36 in a shed next to your house that was just big enough to fit your lawn mower into. I love everything you have put into all of your cars. The fact you now do youtube as a job is mind blowing. Alot of people would love to be in your shoes!! Would love to see more of your taste on your Navara. It is the underdog of the channel. It tows your e36 to all your events and deserves to look just as good as all your other cars.
Gday Mike, i loved watching this series i am just about to build the exact same F-EVO just wanted to ask how can i get my hands on the tuning cable you got for the factor computer re-tune?
@@itsmikelake Thanks for that, will that come with the software that is needed for the tune? you videos are super helpful & have Gr8 content. keep them coming. Just wondering which car i should do my Fake Evo build with, 1999 CE lancer Coupe or 2000 Lancer VR-X 4dr, which one would you do?? Thanks again
I'm going to do something like this for a daily (once I've purchased my next house so I have a garage haha). Nothing too over the top literally, small turbo, using 4g92, pretty much same mods. I've owned 2 Lancers in the past (one coupe and one sedan like this but was sold soon after ownership). I love how basic of a car they're. Super easy to look after. Like you have said plenty of parts and even better knowing about interchangeable parts. I know Proton Satria GTi rear trailing arms and hubs will fit to upgrade the drums on rear as well as FTO. Might be an idea in future!? Either way nice build and well done on everything you have done especially yourself. ✌🏼🙌🏽
love your build man I got my green p several months back practicing in a manual semi modified 2001 ce lancer and I gotta say watching these vids brings back good memories. I drive a 5th gen liberty now but would love to do a turbo lancer build of my own. Any chance you could make a playlist of the fevo builds?
They bolt up but they're a little bit weaker internally on the mainshafts. You want the g93 box ratiis for turbos as they're too short and just fry tyres even with semi slicks and lsd until 4th
Greetings @Mike Lake I have acquired a similar car recently and am just curious to know what tyre size you are using. I would like to have the same as yours. Regards, George W.
Can't wait to see the dyno results, just a question will you be sharing the .bin file after your tune tomorrow as I'm in the middle of a similar build wouldn't mind a head start lol
Hey matey do you know if the 98 ce lancer sedan 4g93 has the same suspension as your 2001 ce lancer because I can't find any coilovers at maxspeedings that fit the 98 ce lancer
Hi I'm searching for the t6 pro series coilovers wondering if someone here can help me out because the suspension images doesn't look like it can work back and it's the same car
@@itsmikelake I've been looking across forums to find information but im having no luck, how much psi are you running and how long do you think this setup will last
Best bet is to find an fto 7 bolt flywheel from a 6a12 v6 and use an evo 3 clutch. Keeps a light pedal and evo 3 hd clutch will hold about 330kw to the tyre on these
Later on down the line could you find someone to race with maybe a 1997 Mitsubishi lancer GSR4g93t be really good to see how your build go's against a genuine build.
What a journey this build has been. Cannot WAIT to put it to the test at the track. Or on a somewhat empty hill run 😝
Cant wait....🤩🤩🤩

Watched this from the beginning, killer build man.

Hey terry, cheers for the kind words. They’re available on eBay & Amazon I believe. Tactrix 2.0 cable 😁

How's the turbocharged 4g92 running like, anything issues so far?
Loving the rims bro, where would one find em?
Sold out unfortunately 🥲. 17x9 te37 style wheels 🤙🏻

What is the dampening like on the coilovers are they more street or track focused?
Definitely comfortable enough to drive on the street at their low setting. Crank up the dampening for the track 👌🏻. For the price tag. They’re great
Yup. Im deffinately building a Fevo now😂. Might do a full 4 conversion or maybe even an 8 conversion with a cedia shell if the moneys right
U can use the 4g15 box begind the 4g93. Slightly shorter ratios to roll thru gears quicker. I did the same for my CE
What was the benefit.. quicker acceleration?

Unless the input shafts are made of different metals they look the same to me.... i had more traction problems with the 93 box than the 15 box imo.
Would this same build work on a 2002 lancer? Im lookin into turning it into an evo look
Yep! Same concept 😁

Oh hey didnt see you there... 😁 Beautiful build bro, love watching your vids, got me motivated to build while we locked down in NZ, appreciate it.
🤣 gotta bring those intro’s back haha. Thanks for the love bro. Hope you guys are doing okay back home. Can’t wait to get back!
That's one clean Lancer homie..🤌

More than happy to share the tune my dude 🤘🏻
@@itsmikelake that would be fantastic, you have owerri much made my mind up to turbo my ce. Can't wait to see this thing tuned up properly.
Are you going to put evo boot lid reflectors on the car?
can u add a link to the ecu program from which u downloaded it from
Thanks bro
I'm curious did u do anything with the engine for the turbo?
Nope, stock motor 😁
@@itsmikelake can the same be done for a 4g92?
WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........... videos are very informative and a joy to watch
Thank you bro!
You’re doing what I want to do to my ls coupe 1.8
Do it bro! So worth it
Good video!

Yeah same same man.
This series bought me to the channel, hoping to see a twin cam head and some more power or aesthetic mods
Hi I'm searching for the t6 pro series coilovers wondering if someone here can help me out because the suspension images doesn't look like it can work back and it's the same car
If they’re the same as the ones I use, they fit 😇
Hey mate is the engine stock?
Yep!
@@itsmikelake I've been looking across forums to find information but im having no luck, how much psi are you running and how long do you think this setup will last
Can i buy it when you sell it?
Pretty low price for what you’ve done. Good work
Cheers!
Is it fuel efficient brother?
It sure is!
RIP I wanted to get all the gear but the site isn’t work
Are you sure? Try how?
Wat stage clutch disc and pressure plate u using?
Currently bone stock. But will be throwing an upgrade in soon!

1.21 GIGAWATTS!!!!

Just shows you dont have to to sell your body to build a car that you can be proud of.
Amen to this! Although I would do some crazy s#!t for a Hakosuka GTR 🤣.
When I seen the total I died I have like 5 cents to my name
Haha keep hustling homie! I used to be the same. Hard work and dedication to whatever you’re passionate about. You’ll get there 🤙🏻
Haha I was close I guessed $6800
Closer than I was 😅
