Unlike Saturday Night Live, All That wasn't filmed live. Each episode would be pre-recorded months before they aired. Also, the show wasn't edited in chronological production order. They would mix various sketches and musical performances from an assortment of shoot dates. It's clear that they recorded both of Avril's performances at the same time and saved "Complicated" for a later episode, which is why everyone is wearing the same clothes.
