She improved her singing a lot. Excellent. She is singing the same key. Bravo. I'm also proud of the audience enjoying the performance instead of recording with their phones. .
This is so wholesome! She finally get the recognition she deserves. The fans were amazing and loud, everyone had a good time, and Avril killed it on stage! I've seen her 8 times, but I think this was the best live version I've seen!
true!❤
I'd say her record sales determine her recognition not the decision making of clueless organisers of a past its sell-by date music festival, Dua Lipa headlining like WTAF? Glastonbury has certainly fallen from grace.

The organizers failed big time. How can they not know Avril can fill the big stage? They must've forgotten how BIG AVRIL IS. They thought all we needed in 2024 was some crazy trendy pop songs; they'd forgotten we needed Avril's music so bad. They didn't know how much Avril's music took part in our journey growing up. We listen to her music when we're sad and want someone to understand that pain. We listen to her music when we miss, when we love, when everything's a mess, when we want to feel and rock the world!!!! We missed you, Avril.

Cool to see kids, who were babies when this song came out, enjoying it as if it’s one of their favs ❤
Most of this crowd probably grew up with her than not, and the rest that are 20’s yes they’re fans of hers and this era of music because modern mainstream sucks. They’re flocking to our music in droves more than anything mainstream and what they do like of their own generation is very underground or fringe. I don’t blame them one bit.

shes so experienced doing concerts all over the world. I'm so glad we finally get to see her properly in the UK. She smashed it! ♥
She really has gotten better with her vocals. If you look at her live performances when she was a teen vs now, she’s only honed her talents. Can’t say the same for other artists I grew up with like Creed. Sad case that one.

Those of us who grew up listening to her weren’t phone addicted, maybe that’s why 🤔 No shade to anyone. We were just lucky to have teen years without being glued to our phones. I’m forever grateful for that.

It’s crazy how lasting Avril’s influence is. Her main listeners would be in their late their 30s-mid40s now (teenagers and young adults in the early 2000s). However, the crowd (some seem to be in their 20s) could still vibe to her songs ❤

Sorry to disappoint you, but she's using playback. Take a look at 0:55 - you can even put at 0.5x speed. The "F" sound in "life" happens after she moves the mic away. Avril completely filled the 70,000 spaces on that stage and even the organizers had to adapt the terrain so that people who couldn't enter could hear or see her from the outside, that is a prove that Avril must have had a much larger stage.
