Dude that binding issue is making me nuts!! I am searching all over UA-cam trying to identify what's going on. I could not get it resolved on mine either. I swapped motors, axles, knuckles, wheels, hubs, servos, steering links, servo trays and could not solve it. I almost feel like the ESC is too weak for the 4WS setup because it seems to really bind at full steer. Frustrating. I am going to try an esc upgrade next. Great video!
Just for fun I swapped out the ESC with the V2 electronics and all my problems went away. It’s super smooth now and no binding. But only issue is now I lost the mirror part of the rear steer since I now have to use the channel 3 switch. But it still works just not as convenient
I noticed the same thing about mine I thought it had a bad motor so it's good to find out that somebody else is doing the same thing almost like it's this start-stop that's all you have you don't have no low-end or nothing like that
This is my first hobby grade crawler and I’m loving it. I’m looking for upgrades, but it’s hard to find parts made specifically for this rig and I’m unsure on what parts “made for” the scx24 are interchangeable to this, or what parts can be made to fit. Any ideas on help for that?
Yes, millions... but somehow I have to bridge the time Axial starts to deliver them here in Europe. Great rig, thanks for showing
I installed 1/12T under drive gears front and rear . That helped with slow crawl .
Zack I’m with you I’ve done stuff to mine right out of the box great video it got me to subscribe thanks 🤘✌️
Thank you for the sub!

I'm new to the hobby, I have the Axial C10, and have had the XC-1 for a couple of weeks now, I love it! Still stock, for now.
The orange with the copper rims look good man! Excellent looking rig good video! 👍
Thanks so much

That's gonna be my 1st 1/24 crawler!
Do it! It’s awesome.
@@Moneypit__RC I love mine and it's still stock! New wheels & tires coming...
Still on the fence about these or tho it would be cool to see how it goes on my trail
For the money it’s great for what you get. Little mods go a long way on this thing.
How did you keep the rear servo from dog walking I can not center mine with the brass links
I plugged the rear servo into the front servo plug and centered it out and then re installed it to the rear channel.
How did you get the rear steer to be proportional with the front?
It comes stock like that with the factory ESC.

As far as the axles and everything touching them, it’s all the same as a scx24. Only real difference is the frame, everything else will transfer over
I know the feling when you have a course with an impossible line and a new rig crushes it. What shocks are those?
They are power hobby 54mm shocks
🤙🏽🤙🏽
Thank you 🙏
Go brushless bro!
I have a video of me going brushless in the ax24! It’s on my channel.
