I'm a carpenter and it just blows my mind that anyone would build new at this time with the price of lumber. Glad there are those that don't mind being in the red when the dust settles and prices drop to less that half of what they are today.
Recommend stacking that wood and covering it. This Texas heat will have that wood bending in all directions in a matter of days.. Pressure treated or not. Good Luck with the pool.

I know about an "above ground pool" also i have heard of a ""inground pool" but this is the one time I have heard anyone say they are putting in a "underground pool." So its going in a Cave in South Texas.................hmmm

The Future pool is called an “In Ground” Pool. Not an Underground Pool.
If it was going to be Underground, you would have the pool underground, like in a cave.
I was going to say the same thing, there are some people that do have indoor pools, and if in a basement it could be under ground at that point.
I'd build a barndominium with glass or plexi roll up garage doors to bring the outside in and have that nice attached shop.
Might want to stack the wood so it will remain straight.

All I can thing of when I saw the thumbnail was the reel meme sound “30 thousand!!!!” Because I know lumber is not cheap
We have an above ground pool with a big deck around it. Feels like an in the ground pool that way. I'm just north have Austin and we weren't blasting through all this rock to put it in the ground.
The rotation of the sun/earth will cause the pine p.t. to become so crooked you can't use. Stack up off ground at least 4" air gap with dunage about 4' apart level Stack nice and tight. Cover with tarp with air gap, you need air flow around the wood. Hope this helps. Not trying to be a smart a-s. I'm a old retired general contractor sense 1974 (20 y.o.) lol here in FL. FYI, A tractor, or excavator, with forks on it is not a forklift
