Tata has used 4 cylinder revotron turbocharged petrol in zest and bolt. That engine was way better than revotron 3 cylinder in terms of performance and refinement. But milage was not that great.

Yes bro I drive 2015 Bolt petrol and I can say proudly that its performance is way way better than 1.2l 3cyl revotron, in sports mode my car is awesome and gives a great pull. And when I drove Tiago and Punch it was a great turn off for me there was alot of vibration and noise and not that much performance.

People mass mover like INOVA / ERTIGA . both segments can generate around 6-7k additional vehicles MoM 🙏
Tata should focus on Petrol Hybrid Engine in their entire range. IF done they will destroy the competition completely. A standard petrol will not match a hybrid in millage. As Tata already has all the technology required it should be not difficult for them.
Not necessarily! Refinement is how well the engine is tuned for smoothness in power delivery, low NVH and similar parameters. High refinement doesn't mean low mileage. There are numerous examples of refined engines being very fuel efficient too.

Harrier 1st model was not power packed. Hope the newer models are a thrill to drive.

Yes the comparison was with the iTurbo, that's the version Tata intends to replace with Racer. Had spoken about it in length in my previous video. 😊

The 2.0 diesel engine is sourced from Fiat, the 1.2 is primarily Tata's own developed product.
