MEVOSTO DS19 this is just an unboxing for this set of powered speakers.

These speakers came in a name brand box, and were tightly packed.
There is a nice little accessory box, with a remote, a USB to USB cable, an RCA to 3.5 cables, and an 18 volt adaptor.
When taking the first speaker out of the box I see that the speaker wire is connected one of the speakers, not enough to cancel the speakers out
I will say that I see the speaker cable connect to the passive speaker, and for some reason I was thinking it should be connected to powered speaker, but that really doesn’t matter.
These speakers are very nice looking, that have removable grills, they should look nice on your desk.

Those look similar to my saiyin powered speakers. I believe it’s a veneer over mdf wood. Mine are slightly different from those as far as the connections, RCA in Coaxial in and Aux input. The remote is the exact same remote I have. Mine sound great for budget speakers. A little channel noise at high volume easy fix just turn the speaker down a bit and use the device as the control. I like those. I think for the value of what you get for the money is on point.

I think you may be right @ShinyKnife about the finish , this is a set of speakers that I did not get as much time working with as I would like because I wanted to get the review out, so I didn’t experience any channel noise while I was listening to them, but thank you for the Heads up, for in the future. But like you said a good value for the price. PEACE
