With all of the outstanding services that you provide for the community, there is nobody more deserving of all of the brand new equipment than you Fill. Congratulations for getting a real blessing from God for all the hard work that you do for your community, and for people who can't do for themselves. Thank You Fill. You are a True Blessing. May God bless you and your family.
The Toro deck is hard to beat. I run a grandstand as well as a multi force and both have been game changers for my business for sure. Huge congratulations on your multi force. You will love it more and more each day.
Nice mower, but I could see you bounce as you moved through that property! I could see how the bumps would affect your back while knocking this one out! But, I will say the stripes looked great! Hope your other properties won't cause you too much discomfort.
Several UA-cam lawncare people I watch use these same mowers so they must be good! I think somehow they add weight to them to help balance them out so might be something to look into. 😜 Great job on your first mow with it!
Love the toro stuff, we use the 52 grandstands as well, was a drastic improvement over my last job on a mowing crew (we had a few sit down cub cadet mowers and only used ryobi electric trimmers and blowers)
I really enjoy the grandstand. Definitely took some getting used to but seems to do well and be more convenient in smaller spaces rather than a regular sit down does!
That opening shot Fill made the mower look like a beast! 😂. If nothing else, it's making light work of a huge property, like your church grounds. I think Fill likes his new toy! Well deserved mate and a blessing to your business 🤗
I think the more you use the stander, the easier it will become on your back. You're most likely using muscles in your lower back that probably haven't been getting much of a workout. I believe it will get easier on you as you build up those muscles by using the stander more often. Those stripes do look good. :~)
Needs a couple of springs on the standing platform, bigger around than the rubber bumper and slightly longer. Use JB weld to attach them over the rubber bumpers.
You are amazing to actually mow 2 acres of rough ground on a stand mower. I can well imagine your back hurts after that. Please be kinder to your back and test on smaller pieces of property. In spite of your pain you did a fine job. Well done. I have a Toro self propelled push mower and absolutely love it. It has more power than any other mower I have ever had. Sometimes a bit too much power for my age and frame. Looking forward to your other equipment reviews.
Just a lil tip to make your PTO clutch last longer.. never engage it or disengage your clutch at full throttle. Its best to engage your PTO at half throttle and then slowly raise your throttle to full. When you are going to disengage the blades lower the throttle to half and then turn blades off.
That's a pretty impressive mower, but standing up and doing 2 acres of lawn has to be hard on you physically!!!! I would think that the front wheels off the deck would have some type of spring suspension just to soak up minor dips and bumps! But I guess you can't have everything!!!! Great video tho'!
I enjoyed watching you using your new mower. I’ve been wondering how you were using the new equipment. What’s your favorite of the new equipment so far?
Perhaps those pre-drilled holes for scalpers should better be used for struts! Even a single-wheeled strut on the platform I've seen. My sit down zero turn is a bear for rough terrain. It's a Toro and I love it but my gluteus gets a work out.
If it’s a bumpy ride and your back feels it right out of the gate then my thoughts are is it possible to exchange for a sit down? So the dealership doesn’t allow test rides or 30 day & return? Good luck! 🕊🙏🏻❤️🕉
I would go stand on because my lower back can't take sitting on a bumpy ride. I really think it is what you are used to operating. I bet after a couple months on route, you would get used to standing. 👽
Yes, it was obvious how bumpy your ride was. It looks like it did a good job, and fast, but you would have to slow down, I guess, to make it easier on your back. Maybe just stick with the exmark on this property for your back's sake and do other properties with this one. You'll be done in 2 minutes!
@@fillslawncareplus Cub Cadet ZTS1 46". I found idea speed 2.5 to 3.5 mph for rough ground. Above 4 mph needs to be smooth ground. Mower is designed for Palouse slopes and takes on tall grass. Happy with it so far.
Hey Fill! That's a good breakdown of the pros and cons. I've been considering a stand-on mower but when you mentioned that it takes a bigger toll on the back that turned into a red flag. Do you experience any back pain/discomfort when you're doing smaller residential properties with your exmark stand on? Seattle area has smaller lot sizes, but the efficiency of a stand-on versus a push-mower is very attractive. Thanks! God bless you brother!
I'll have to do a side by side comparison video. Stay tuned for that 👍🏼 As far as back pain, small properties no. But large, bumpy ones, yes a little bit.
say you would be doing such a property and get it done a lot faster than with you Exmark staris. Do you have to change pricing? You might be getting done more lawns then...?!?
LOOKS GREAT, but I wouldn't use it for the HUGE properties, because of what you were saying. It makes for A ROUGH and SOAR evening ✨🌆 afterwards, so sit-down MOWER for anything over an acre and for your normal weekly schedule customers that TORO will be AWESOME to lay down those STRIPES, I mean if it is A SPECIAL OCCASION for something, maybe charge MORE for your PAIN,🤣😂🤣😂🤣, but I agree with you, anywho, it gave you a HUGE WORKOUT 😄👍✌️. CYA NEXT TIME, BE SAFE 🌞🌞😎🇺🇲🇺🇲🚜🚜
I have the 60 inch 2021 version and i hate the crap out of it i got 1.5 years of ok trouble free use and after that its been in the dealer more than out working making money maybe i got unlucky but beware if buying one, now the z masters those are exellent machines i have a fleet if them and the only thing i've needed to replace is belts and a few engines but thats at 3500 hours plus they are tanks and take the abuse of everyday use.
@@fillslawncareplus You would think toro knows they need some sort of suspension. Plus you’re tall and it looked to me like you were leaning slightly forward the entire time which would really tire out your back and make it sore. I know from experience and trust me you don’t ever want to injure your back muscles and/or nerves. That just hardly ever goes away totally. Good luck with all your new equipment.
@@fillslawncareplus Yes, shocks springs etc. on the frame in the back is what I was trying to explain is what Toro should do to make it have an easier ride. You would think they would know that by now even before it had to be mentioned.
Fill, isn't your Ex mark a stand up as well? I would like to know the diffrence between how the ex mark feels when you mow this property compared to the Toro. Are you running the Toro as you do you Ex Mark on this property? If so , why the back issue? Is the Toro more bouncier then your Ex mark? I would like the diffrence in the 2 mowers as you use the Toro. I don't know if Toro has asked you not to compare the 2 mowers, but if they haven't, inquiry minds would like to know. Don't get me wrong, I like the Toro brand, but would like to hear the difference in the 2 mowers that you are using. I know this is just your first mow with the Toro, as you use it you will find other things that you'll like or dislike I'm sure. But there are differences, ride hieght, bouncyness, you mention gas consumption, Time frame, speed that you run on each mower. I'm assuming the mower decks are diffrent sizes or are they the same? Thanks for listening. God Bless! USAF
Come on grandpa Fill mowing at 10 or 12 m.p.h. your gonna have that the Toro is #1 & Toro created Exmark so Exmark is below Toro but if your 90 & want comfortable go with Ferris everything else bites...

It’s so weird living in the same town, let alone right down the road and seeing your work everyday. Looks great!
Hey, thanks. I'm glad you like my work :)
Great job! I can’t think of a more deserving recipient of a new Toro mower. God bless you for all that you do for others!
The Toro deck is hard to beat. I run a grandstand as well as a multi force and both have been game changers for my business for sure. Huge congratulations on your multi force. You will love it more and more each day.
Toro is a great brand. I’ve seen a lot of nice lawns cut with Toros over the years. Nice!
I know that the Touro is a lot louder, than your other one. The touro did a great job. The choice is yours and yours alone. Go's bless you.
God bless you too
Grandstand multi force is a really good mower.
The bagging system that Toro makes for that mower is the best I’ve ever seen
Nice mower, but I could see you bounce as you moved through that property! I could see how the bumps would affect your back while knocking this one out! But, I will say the stripes looked great! Hope your other properties won't cause you too much discomfort.

The lawn and stripes look great, but i cant help but notice that beautiful mountain backdrop!

I wonder if lowering the tire pressure would smooth it out a little bit, and never lock in your knees.
Hmm I'll have to look into that and try it.
you are gonna love it... open the baffles, and let it rip... good luck!! :)
Thanks
You done a great job for using the toro for the first time and on 2 acres.
Glad to see that you got a new mower. You deserve it!!
Nice! That mower is BUSSIN!
Nice clean cut, good stripes. Some shock absorbers on the front, maybe even the rear would help
That's one fast lawn mower!
Another job well done! 🙂
Glad u informed us about the bumping action on a larger area. Informative. 😊

I enjoyed watching you using your new mower. I’ve been wondering how you were using the new equipment. What’s your favorite of the new equipment so far?
I did think that looked like a pretty athletic activity on that lot and mower. Started thinking that at about the 5th or 6th pass.
Love this so much. Toro makes outstanding equipment. I also think it needs the anti-scalp wheels and hope you get those soon.
Keep your knees slightly bent while riding on a stand-on will be helpful.
Man! I 'm looking real hard at the Grandstand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Always neat and clean. ❤❤❤
Looks good...like the stripes!
She sure is pretty! Looks like it mowed it well!

I have a few properties that size and was wondering about a stander on acres. Definitely striped great ✂️💯
Great job!! Love the stripes!!
Love grandstands, I don’t need the multi force although I wish they had higher horsepower motors.
Ive been wanting to get me a stand on mower again soon, the multiforces look really good
It’s Mike’s New Car! “It’s like a panther…”
It would be nice if they could find a way to put a collapsible seat... how well does it fit a smaller lawn? ....
Blimey that thing can shift!
Sweet machine congrats man.

Couldn’t you add on an attached seat, kind of like adding a step, cargo box on a trailer hitch. Just a thought.
keep your head down bro! you're gonna have airplanes landing on those stripes!
Good mower
Cool
It looks smooth. Sharp❤
Nice machine nice job on the cut 💪💯🙌
I'd say anything over an acre, gotta go with a sitdown as much as I don't care for them. Residentials, then yeah standers / walk behinds are the best.

My exmark is much rougher, and it's a 36" deck.
Oops, sorry. Thought the rider was easier
Can you make the platform lock and make it a walk behind?
Two acres of rough ground on a sit-down zero turn is no smooth ride and tough on my back even with the seat. Glad it is only once every 2 weeks.
What kind of mower do you have?

That engine sounds like a helicopter. I would see about putting some wheels on deck to keep from scraping ground.
As soon as I saw you on that mower my first thought was you’re too tall for a standing mower for big or tough jobs.
That thing is fast.
I’m looking at commercial mowers with a 36 inch deck. Which would you prefer Exmark or Toro grand stand. Seem about the same to me thanks
If the grass was longer, it would make a better impression
I'd prefer a ride on. Great footage and as I always say, "Be safe, Stay Well, God Bless you, and I'll see you in the next one."
Does that mower have a floating deck does it scalp

I think Touro should take this as a learning curve, and figure out a way to put shocks on the standup
All the weight is in the back. Maybe more suspension within the frame build? Hmmm
