Good review, thank you very much! Wish the upright wasn't angled though... I can foresee issues with basic accessories that are common with 8020 based rigs.
i know i'm a little late but i just ordered it yesterday, i'm using the T300 with the TLCM pedals, on the Website it says its compatible but i still wonder how im gonna mount my Wheel on there, is it straight forward and i'm just overthinking it? :D
Thanks for the video. Regarding the intergrated monitor mount did your package come with all the required washers? I received mine yesterday but noted that I’m missing 8 washers as shown in the instruction manual. Or am I meant to buy them myself?
Stupid question but i suppose that you can also mount the shifter support for your right hand right? Also is there enough space to add a possible sequential shifter with both H shifter and handbrake already on the support???
Yea you can swap sides. You would probably need an mount adapter for a full set of h-pattern, sequential and handbrake just to get the right positioning
Nice review, one step closer to buy this cockpit! But i'm in doubt beetwen this GT1 Pro and the Evo one... do you consider the difference of 200€ of both good? Thanks in advance!!
The Pro is undoubtably better in most ways and will probably last you longer than the Evo would. Whether that is worth €200... Maybe, maybe not. I would personally pick the Pro, but the Evo is a fantastic 8020 rig at its price point.
This looks pretty good. Was looking at the P1X. But for some reason they have opted to remove the “tripple” t track slots in the side profiles. So the new P1X only has one track currently. Which is severely limiting mounting options for d-box and shaker add-ons. Which was the whole purpose of the P1X really. So without those slots. (And just for the added rigidity) I myself do no longer see the need for a P1X really. (Unless you want a 30 nm wheelbase). The GT evo pro should do in most cases.
Yep. i ordered the P1X-Pro yesterday and asked directly at Simlab. Their answer was: " we are working solution, there will probably be some adapters in the near future."@@SimRacingSetups
Yeah the angled uprights the lack of profile for wheel deck hurts rigidity compared to cheaper options and competitors. The corner bracket also provides a lot of rigidity compared to plates and tnuts
I dont understand why simlab has decided to go with slanted upright arms like NLR it messes shit up and copies another company which i never took simlab for doing that
Putting in an order next week. Been eying it for a while now. Been waiting for a review to give me an excuse to pull the trigger. Great looking rig.
Nice. I’m incredibly impressed with it
My current "sim-rig" is a 1860x28 LILLTRÄSK table from IKEA with a wheel bolted on... I should really get an upgrade.
Love it. Whatever works for you my man.

I’m thinking about buying this but using a Sparco GP formula seat? Is this going to work?
Should do. You can mount pretty much any bucket seat to it

Hi. Which size of the seat do you have? What are your measurements? Does it fits for you?
Can't wait to assemble mine.
What is the name of the gear and the handbrake plate that you had?
how did you mount the moza handbrake and shifter?
Hi, how thick is the mounting plate that connects the base and the wheelbase uprights?
Hello, is 580mm the correct size for the side mount on the csl dd wheel base? Thank you.
Have it love it, have a DD2 and it does not shake.

@@SimRacingSetups Thank you so much! Yeah I agree with you and you’be been with both so hehehe

Looks stunning. Great review as always 🎉
Will the pedal plate be compatible with Moza CRP pedals? I have heard yes and no and would love to use this rig if they do mount.
Everything on the market is universal man nothing doesnt mount
Hi there,
Im thinking to buy the GT1 Pro but will it be better to buy the P1X Pro instead?
Kind regards Smail
The P1X Pro is certainly better in most ways, but the GT1 Pro is a fantastic cheaper alternative. Depends on your budget my man.
@ thanks for replying!😁
When you put one of these together you should square and level everything.
is it easy to build on some extras? Because of the aslant profiles?
You can but mounting to the vertical slanted strut can be tricky. Sim-Lab are working on an adapter mount I believe.

What bracket is that holding the shifter and handbrake
Sim-Lab's handbrake / shifter mount
Is a Moza R12 compatible?
Yea
Are you wearing the black arsenal away kit shirt in the video>
Good spot
@@SimRacingSetups brilliant! I'm instantly going to subscribe to you as a fellow gooner
How comfy is the seat? Worth getting a different seat?
Yea it’s a decent seat. You can fit pretty much any seat so if you already have one or prefer something else go for it 👍🏻
I love Sim Lab, but the rig was flexing and shaking throughout the video. Am I the only one seeing this?

gt omega version alot cheaper and better.

Looks better. But it does mess with mounting things to them. They need to release a mount adapter
Makes ingress and egress easier with angled uprights.
I need one so bad
