More like back in 1998. I remember hearing this in the early 2000's. I notice an elderly man selling cd's in Gallup flea market changing the dates on these tapes. Just so ppl can buy them.

I had some tapes stolen from my house in the 90's and there was a local guy selling tapes of meetings in pinion AZ..it was all the tapes that were stolen from me and he had just mixed singers and songs from various tapes into one.
Probably the same guy.
