Having a knee replacement is hard but if you do your physical therapy like you are supposed to do & even a little more, but don't push yourself it will be soon much better than what you are now! Hey Zach I know how you feel all the way because in around 2 years ago I was in a serious car accident. We were parked and this guy was speeding he flew of the high way hit a curb and went airborne on top of my car and I broke my neck and am paralyzed. I am still figuring life out right now but you give me inspiration to just lie with it and not mope around about it. i broke my c5-c6 a few years ago and i feel the same way! its like being trap in my body and that I am not my body... it definitely hits hard like a tidal wave of emotions but it does get better as long as you keep going! im glad im not alone in that feeling thank you for being you!

For me 31 yrs ago @the end of '92 all of the sudden & out of nowhere i lost fealing from my chest down.. Anyway, even before the anger or the couple visits to the youth psyc unit & even thru the rebelion, laying in that hospital bed there Was a reason for this and that i'd be alright. Well here I am after being that 14yo kid to 45 yo man who has done more many in my capable family members. You Stay Strong, stay limber & gain Wisdom My Friend. D

Hey Zach, May 31st is also my anniversary of throwing a blood clot after surgery. I coded twice after that. My life has been totally been different. I am fortunate I was only left with partial paralysis. Took me two months to learn how to walk. I am in the same boat as you with losing dignity, my manhood if you know what I mean. I think you do!! Its only been 5 years for me but some days it feels like it was yesterday. Your you tube was the first videos I watched when this all happened. The doctors were not sure if i was going to be able walk again, so I needed to see how other people with paralysis were able to function in life. My furture change in an instant and I had no control of anything, it was damn scary. I had just turned 50, 2 months prior to this. I was looking at the furtue trying to figure my life out at 50 and being paralyzed. I was damn scared. Luckily my family and my partner pushed me and by the grace of God i was able to walk again. I still have alot of other things that do not work properly. Your videos gave me hope that if I was to be paralyzed, I would be ok. So thank you much for creating your channel it gave me hope. I have watched all your videos and am so damn proud of everything you have accomplished. You are an inspiration to me and I know I am not the only one that feels that way. So congratulations for being a great guy !!
