I’ve never had nice clothes cars homes these things I just never had any worry for. Just wait till you see these people that have lived in luxury their entire lives try to live the way I do 😂😂😂😂😂 Oh How The First will be Last and The Last First. These people that had it all and never even had to worry about what a cost of living is will be just the most devastated people on the planet 😂 I’m sorry I can’t help myself it’s going to be a horrific comedy. The depression in US cleaned out all the excesses of money printing and consolidated the country resources for strong growth. The Chinese people are able to save 34 percent in their weekly wages for their bank savings account, also have cheap fuel costs, really affordable public transport costs, cheap hospital costs, to cheap insurance costs and plentiful cheap costing food prices and eating out to restaurants are common. No buddy , China is doing really well and they are kicking your arse !

A housing market crash is good, because people could afford to buy homes. Most of the people who bought up these homes were investors from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and people who had millions or billions of dollars of disposable income. The government didn't bail em out, so most of those people lost a lot of money.
When property values were high, a lot of young people couldn't afford to buy homes. This resulted in a lot of young people not getting married. In China, you need three things to get married, you need to pay a dowry to the bride's family, this is anywhere from $18,000 USD to $140,000 USD, a car, and a home. If you don't have those three things, you will not get married.
The deflation is due to overproduction, and that is good for consumers. People can buy inexpensive things, like appliances, cars, televisions, smartphones, computers, air conditioners, etc. If someone in China want to get their car repaired, it won't cost them much. On the other hand, go to the mechanic or car dealer to get your car repaired. You will get a massive bill. If your AC breaks, it is going to cost you a lot of money to get that repaired, and it will cost you $5,000 to $7,000 to get that replaced. If you want to buy a vehicle in China, you can buy one for $12K to $16K, and in the US will cost you $40k to $55k. In a strong economy, prices go down.
