What do you think of this treatment? Would you get it done?
I wish I could!
Yes Tina can't wait for baby girl
No need
i’d honestly love this
Her lips look very pretty. But I would skip this myself. Not for me. Thank you for sharing your friend's journey! 😁👌🏽💄
got my lips blushed and eyeliner done, and am loving life! lips were a bit tricky with healing, but went back after three years for both to get touched up and haven't needed anything since. my girl actually rounded my very sharp Cupid's bow. don't panic on the first session if you lose a ton of color, it'll be locked in on the second. if an artist doesn't include a follow up session, I don't recommend you go.
I kinda over-line my lips. Were they able to do that?
@@xxo8888 I wouldn’t recommend tattooing your actual skin.
That wouldn’t be semi permanent, that would just be permanent.
There may come a day when you don’t want to over line your lipstick
@@xxo8888 I second what WitchyScribbles says. The lip area constantly grows and sheds skin at a faster rate than the skin outside of the lips. Over time there can be irregular fading, where the lip tattoo on the inside fades quicker than the outside. This can be mitigated by wearing spf chapstick. If it's just one single area like the Cupid's bow, that's easy to do and fading is not as noticeable. If you over-line your entire lips and want them to replicate that, then you can be left with just a tattoo-d line around your lips in 2-3 years.
Hi I'm London based is there someone you could recommend, please
@@RoCkbunny769 - Well, I'm in my 60's and I still overline my lips, because lip fullness generally shrinks as you age, at least in my ethnicity, and sometimes not equally on both sides. So, I overline to balance my lips and restore the fullness without having to add filler.
I am actually a microblade artist and I will be adding lip blush to my services next month! So excited that you made a video about it!
@@0KellieCollins0 we go on the vermillion border so it will make them appear a little bit larger. less than over lining them.
How do you like micro blading? I’m thinking about taking a class on it and then adding lip blushing to my services as well.
@@gabriellehooks3982 I like doing it. But I feel like it’s very over saturated. I feel like everyone does eyebrows or knows someone that does. Too many people are teaching it.
@@beautyybyrd3865 don’t worry. Maybe it’s cuz i don’t get mine done but I do t know anyone or know of anyone who could know who does micro needling. I’d love to take the class.
Is it a course or do you need to go to a tech school?
Where can I get it done I live in akron, ohio?
Thank you so much Tina, Nat and Alfred for visiting me in my studio it was such an honour to meet you and feature in this video! Nothing makes me more happy than bringing back the confidence to your smile! I hope to also have you in when you are back in Sydney!
Thank you all for your beautiful comments it means so much to me 💖
Brenda
You’re so professional at what you do 🥰
Please, in the future, cover your nose with your mask. As a client seeking this treatment, that would worry me. I think your work is otherwise, lovely and professional.
I wish I was still in Sydney! I have a question, how did the lips appear so much whiter than the before? My upper lip is very dark and I’m getting laser treatments but sadly I’m not seeing results…
Hi lovely thank you so much for this! I actually had my mask up to my nose but it was moving down as we were talking and laughing. I had actually moved it back up after that shot! But completely understand your comment and thank you x
Of course lovely, the procedure you are after is lip Neutralisation which is when we apply a warm colour to cancel the pigmentation ! Hehe
Thank you Tina! I was so so curious about this treatment but a lot of the examples I saw online were of women that wanted to ADD deeper color to their pale lips. My lips are like Natalie’s where there is gray-blue pigmentation around it. The color she opted for is exactly what I am desiring: toning down pigmentation with a soft color so I can still wear other shades of lipstick if I wanted to without the color disappearing into the dark pigments. Lipstick is my favorite makeup but my dark pigments do not do the lipstick shades any justice. I am so happy for this video and now I will definitely look into this procedure!
I was researching this a couple of months ago!! 😃 Also, HEALED photos are very important when looking for an artist, so thank you, Tina! Always make sure you ask to see healed pics before making your choice beauties! ♡
How much is the procedure?
@@maryanndelacruz2707 around $500
I’m so glad you made this video. I’ve wanted to get this done for awhile now. Love the result!
im so happy this exists because so often ill see this treatment and see the immediate after results and go "this isnt for me" but now that i see what it looks like after it healed im very impressed
Thank you for this video. Because of this video, I booked a session with Brenda’s Beauty Bar and had my lips (and eyebrows) done today. Brenda was AMAZING and thanks to this video, I knew exactly what to expect.
If it weren’t for this video, I might not have discovered the wonderful world of lip blushing and the Queen of Lip Blushing herself, Brenda.
The fully healed result looks gorgeous 😍
That looks so good and natural! Most lip tattoos I knew from years ago was in one red colour and looked lipstick-y.
It's always interesting when people look for unnatural things for a natural look or describe something unnatural as a natural look. Just sounds funny, but I get what your trying to say
Brilliant tutorial, it really helps to get that perfection you're aiming for. Thank you so much!!
They turned out so good!! 💖
Wow 🤩 beautiful! I’m going to have my lips done this winter 😍😍 thank you for showing me all the process especially the healing process that I’m worried about! Thanks again 😍😍
They Tina, when it comes to tattooing it really just depends on the person whether they bleed or not, I know I never bled getting any of mine but my sister was a crime scene! 😂 Again the swelling doesn't come until an hour or two later, because this so superficially inserted into the top layer or two it's just like tiny little scratches, nothing that causes much damage at all thankfully!
Some meds too 😳 I don’t do THIS type, but I used to be a tattoo artist and even when you ask people, “are you on any meds?” They lie! 😂
@@BethanySchmidtEsthetics I had a tattoo but I use warfarin but I went to INR test first. I also have to do it even before dental hygienist aswell!
Vitamin K is a huge factor, also alcohol etc
@@smileholicfox ❤️❤️❤️
I would DEFINITELY have this done! Great video with lots of information!
I think it looks so natural and fab! Would definitely do those 💖
Amazing job She has done! Great result!
Omg I’m super early! Hey beautiful ☺️💕 thank you for another great video! ❤️ take care and stay healthy ❤️
That lip color is stunning!
That looks incredible!!
Did she also get lip filler? When I stopped the screen showing here before, during and after pictures, her lips are significantly larger at the end, when they’re “healed.” Are they still swollen? I’d like to know if this treatment makes your lips look bigger or if it’s swelling, or did she get filler. It makes a big difference in deciding to do this.
She didn’t get filler, her lips got more plump and hydrated after the treatment and using the aftercare
@@tina_yong ok that definitely makes me want to get it done then! I have a shrinking upper lip. 😂 It seems each year it gets smaller and smaller. I keep worrying about using filler because I don’t want to be stuck with lumpy lips or puff lips. With the color option, I could get some fuller lips with the bonus of them being always ready. I know both offer their own issues, but the idea of a light color bonus intrigues me more. I want to come to the woman in Australia now! I doubt I could fly out just for that. 🤣
Thank you for asking this. I was looking through the comments before asking cuz i had the same question. This is so cool!
@@hithereiam4878 Hi! It's also just the rate of swelling; no bruising, but skin will continue to swell as it heals bc of the inflammatory response to tattooing. The plump-ness will go down in 2 weeks as the body re-adjusts to the tattoo ink in the skin. That's also why the colour fades so much; around 50% of the colour deposited by the needle is rejected. You would have to be constantly tattoo'd to see any difference in your lip plump-ness -- it's not a permanent solution and does not reverse normal aging. Lip filler themselves go through this process as well -- they are not permanent, they're just liquid injections and your body's immune system will slowly re-distribute the injection around the face over time. That's why lip filler dissolving causes plump-er faces/cheeks too. Hope this helps :)
Right after your lips may swell a bit, but after healed lips tend to look a little bit more plump and shapely because the outer lips are defined ! It’s an illusion thing, usually your lip color does not fully extend to the full border of your lips 😊 -fellow lip artist
Doing my course tomorrow 🙌🏽 can’t wait!! These look Bomb
how did it go for you?
As someone who’s older I’ve been thinking of this for several months. Because of the restrictions in our area I haven’t gone for a consultation yet. Thanks for giving me more information.🥰
Omg I LOVE that color!!! I want something similar too. I’m going in 4 weeks, I’m so excited!!!
Oh wow! This has changed my mind about getting this done! I'd only ever seen really dark and harsh permanent tattooed lips and it put me off. I didn't realise how subtle but gorgeous this could look!
I love how Natalie's lips also looked a bit more plumped afterwards. They are a great natural shape anyway, but the semi-permanent liner part of the lip as well as the entire lips being totally uniform in colour, makes them look more lush.
Beautiful!
Wow they turned out so good and even made her lips look fuller! I’m definitely going to have to look into getting this done.
Do it. You won’t regret. Just had mine touched up yesterday (eyebrows and lips).
I think she had lip filler after
love ALL your vids tina!! 💖
Wow that’s so interesting! I think it looks beautiful on her! ❤️
Ooooo this was amazing!
It looks so freaking beautiful 😍😍😍😍
Hiiii tina u always make my day beautiful
BEAUTIFUL! she has beautiful lips in the beginning, but in the end they gave her more volume and a better pout! awesome!
omg I love your videos its just so entertaining!!!
Such a pretty friend! The lip colour really suits her 👍🏼👍🏼
YES, I WILL RECEIVE THIS TREATMENT! I LOVE THE INCREASE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MAKEUP INDUSTRY! BUT WILL RECIVE FIRST THE LIP FILLERS. TY TINA!!!
Oooh! I’m so intrigued with getting this done!
Oh my goodness she has the most beautiful lip shape!! The results came out so natural I would 100% get this done my lips are basically colorless but I don’t really like lipstick I just want them to look like healthy lips
This is soooooo pretty 😭
Thank you so much for this video Tina as I am looking to get this done .
Wow her lips are really beautiful! And, with that peachy pink color added on those plump lips, they're definitely a fly now.
Hi Tina thank you for uploading this. I'm getting mine done in 2 months time, doing microblading first. This video was very reassuring thank you
I really want to have the lip blush done. It turned out awesome!
I had my lips done by Brenda, and she was so lovely! Lips healed quickly and the colour looks great. Definetely worth the money.
Oh man! I’d LOVE to get this done! My lips are really small and narrow- accurately putting on lipstick (or color of any kind) is a chore!- it would be amazing not to have to worry about it for a few years!🥰🥰👍🏼🤷🏻♀️
I use to have quite narrow lips but had filler, they look great now.
Hi
I really love it!!
i'm earlyyy
tina i just want to say that you're such a sweet person ❤
Had no idea how extensive this process was! The results look incredible 🤩👏🏽
Loved the color 😍
Thanks to you we learn a lot more ❤️❤️
Love it! The the natural border of my lips seems to fade as I get older and it takes lipliner to make them look sharp and fuller, so I would love to get this done. I wouldn’t do the old kind of permanent makeup that looks like fake lipstick but I would definitely do this.
i really love that you post these videos because i think this would be a great career for me and i wouldn’t haven’t had a clue about this kind of tattooing! so many amazing beauty trades
You’re amazing for sharing this ❤
Wooow, looks so good ... Definitely thinking about it
omg the results are amazing
Looking as beautiful as usual! Love you Tina😌
I never knew about these things 💜 But thank you Tina sis for telling us about this ✨
Loved the intro with the before and after. I need to get my upper lip more full without surgery.
I love how you always know how to keep us entertained
Beautiful color, they look really good!
I love this this video, thank you so muchhhhh ❤️
The color suits her perfectly 🥰
Absolutely gorge!!
It looks so beautiful! Perfect color for her 💖💖
Hello! Congrats on the marriage and becoming a mom! I am too afraid of needles to get this done but it looks really cool. Saves a step in the makeup routine.
Is wearing a lipstick so difficult?
@@lllllllllll7727 not necessarily difficult but for me personally (and I’m sure for a lot of other people) my natural lips are small and a very very pale pink so if I don’t have lipstick on I look dead and when I do wear lipstick I’m having to constantly reapply it or my lips quite literally disappear😭 so I’m sure ppl get this done out of convenience and to also feel better about themselves when they’re not wearing makeup
Thank you for this awesome, well informed video!!!
Yes I have and I’m a permanent makeup artist in San Diego California that specializes in dark lip neutralization. It’s a great way to define your lip borders, add some volume and add a tint of color to your lips.
Omg cool! Do you have an Instagram?
I’m interested too
Ohhh! Do you have instagram?!
Wow this is for me! Thanks for the vid!!
I'm never happy with how lip color looks on me, I'd have a hard time picking one, but I like the idea of the treatment ♡ She looks beautiful before and after, I'm glad she likes it ♡
Now that people have to constantly put on and take off masks throughout the day this would give peace of mind for always looking nice XD
Actually this, as well as eyebrow tattoos, are the only procedures I'd love to get done one me because I have a bit of an asymmetry on my lips that I always have to fix with lip pencil. Plus I love the idea of waking up/leaving the shower with the essentials done! But I really have no clue where in Portugal this could be done, if at all, if there are good professionals... would have to look it up!
Thanks Tina for another great video and all the info. By the way your friend is beautiful! The blush tattoo really enhanced her lips and her beauty in the best possible way.
Thank you Finally get to see the after results without the glossy lips.
Definitely on my next to do list. 😅
Thanks for this detailed video, really helpful.
Wow...😍.
Beautiful.
I Will have my Lips Done in March.
Last month my eyebrows and this morning my eyeliners.
I AM so so happy with my pmu results, that's why I booked for the lips
She looks beautiful!
For sure I'll get it done some day 🔥❤️
Thanks Tina ❤️
Take care 💕
Yayyyy! Second view :) love your our videos hehe
her results were so nice
Thats beautiful ❤️
Fantastic video - I am so getting this done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW! Really beautiful!
Thank you Tina 😊 something I would consider. The lady has pretty shaped lips and the color really enhanced them.
Love the color of the lip when healed.
Defiantly interested love it
Her result is beautiful
Looks beautiful!
Love the look and yes I would love to get it done
Your friend is so beautiful 😊 Great video, I am really thinking of having this procedure done cause my natural colour is fading away
I’m excited to this ✌️
4 minutes ago I love you it looks great!
This is so awesome, we need this in South Africa 😁💯👌🏻
Cool video Tina!
Its something new to me about lip tattoo...Thanks for sharing tina!
I love the makeup you wear from the start of the video! Which lipstick did you use?
Love love love this!! 😍 😍 I have to check if they offer this service in my country.... Thanks for sharing 🤗
I had no idea that this was a thing. Now I need it!!!
Looks great!
I had my brows done. Lips are next. I love your video.
Good for her for knowing what she wants and likes
And to be willing to go through the process and pain
I can barely decide on which lipstick color I want for the day never mind semi-permanent 💄 💋
I like how the color looks i wpuld have done it but im afraid of needles and i like my natural lip colors. That color looks so good on her.
I had my lips blushed too, the best decision I have made! I had dark and cool tooned lips, it always looked like I was frozen 🥶 the tatoo made it nice peachy pink and it also fits nicely to my skintone. I must say it was the most painful treatment I’ve ever had tho! Lasted for 3 hours and the numbing cream didn’t really help!
💜😊How much was it, and how long does it last? Thx
Omg how scary I'm going tomorrow
@@jellybellyfun3288 it was around 250 EUR 4 years ago and I still see a pale color but needs a refreshing now. It was beautiful for 3 years I would say.
@@mlara88ml it’s ok, we woman can handle pain and the result will compensate! 😊
Hello. Did your artist advice you to put Ointment or petrolium jelly? I got mine yeterday and it is super duper dry and feel tight. But my artist said Do not put any ointment. But according to google, it should put Ointment or petrolium jelly i dont know what to do now
