Probably my favorite memory from this park was that the little sign on the pueblo wall that warns about rattlers, it's right next to a drain/alcove/thing in the wall, and on the way back to the parking lot, we saw a baby/young rattler in that alcove, just hangin' out in the shade, just chillin'. Either that, or the beautiful cactus flowers that allowed for some really lovely macro shots.
Randy, This looks to be a very interesting National Historic site. wonderful scenery in your video, Kayla enjoyed ice cream blizzard! I like it when you take us along on the trail, THANK YOU, . . . Mike
Actually looks like pretty cool site Randy. This trip you took has pretty much got me obsessed with exploring New Mexico and all it has to offer. 5 more weeks. Question out of curiosity...How was the hospitality on this trip? I have had a few bad experiences from previous visits years ago here. Have fun on the solo trip and stay safe. Hopefully you will encounter better weather as it is terribly hot here now and a few fires burning, one 20 miles from my house that went up today.

Really appreciate that!

Thanks, Robert! From what I can recall, the people were great in NM. You are going to have a good time!
@@AmericasParks And even just back in October they were still great at Pecos.
Lol. Do they not have DQ's in New Jersey? How on earth does she reach that age without ever having a Blizzard?
Deprived child! :) Actually, when we go for ice cream on the Jersey Shore it's always the local stuff - custard, Italian ice.
