- I recently passed TCM Security's PJPT (Practical Junior Penetration Tester) exam on the second attempt and I wanted to share what I learned. This doesn't give any hints as to what's on the exam but gives a better idea of how to prepare for the exam.
Very informative, I am also in prep for PJPT. I am 70 percent done with PEH, I am planning to revisit AD as you suggested. Thank you for for the video it definitely gives a better idea of how to prepare for the exam.
Did you take your exam yet?
Thanks for the information ❤. Does it require to open web cam all the time or a proctor is there too watch you all the time. Can it be given anywhere???
Hello ????
No it is not proctored like OSCP

You’re welcome! Sorry for the late reply, I’m not super active on this account but have plans to make more content in the near future. The exam is unproctored. You can take it remotely and use your notes during the exam.
@@hackshobgoblin thank you for for the reply.
Hi, what the difference between eJPT & PJPT? Which is better in terms of knowledge, skills & certificate reputation?
I can’t really speak to the eJPT because I haven’t taken that exam but according to this article from LinkedIn, The difficulty of each exam reflects their focus areas. PJPT's wider topic range could lead to a more diverse examination experience, while eJPT's in-depth network and web attacks might present more intricate challenges in these areas. Both are designed to boost hacking confidence. The eJPT is about $50 more than the PJPT.
Hi, Thanks for your review of this certification. I am preparing for this exam. Can you please tell me that in start of exam will we get initial access to AD for example: initial access credentials for AD user.
It’s treated as a black box penetration test. You will have to get credentials, just like in the PEH course. The only reason you already know the credentials in the PEH course is because you are the one setting up the lab. You’re supposed to act like you don’t know the credentials during the attacks though.

I'm studying for the exam, you mention is just Active Directory, that means we don't get tested on Linux or web vulnerabilities? Just Windows?
I mean, you’ll still need to know Linux.
Is PEH material enough to pass the exam ?
Yep, that and a little bit of creative thinking.
