Me too. I learned those songs when I was 17 and still love playing them 40 years later. This guy nailing all the sounds and parts I worked so hard on. Respect!
Best Rush Tribute Band around (and there are many!). Guitar tone perfect, musicianship, geddycover playing bass, synth and singing... His voice is so similar it's scary!! Congratulations for the hard work and great results.
Tom Alexander did you listen to Lotus Land before disagreeing? Do yourself a favor and UA-cam Lotus Land hemispheres? Do that then come back and if you still disagree then ok I’m good. Not trying to argue or anything just trying to expand your horizons a bit for great Rush tribute music. Have a great day. 😃
You should call yourselves "Closer To The Art'. The sound you are achieving is superb. A giant screen and a few washing machines and you're on the road!!!
Well stated and just look at Free Will and then later where it seems Peart gave up and wrote "roll the bones". Really unfortunate. Free will exists here and in heaven. the devil was an angel and 1/3 of the angels turned against God. You can only have love if you have free will. That's why we hate "arranged marriages". You can't love "God" without free will. God makes people do nothing. When the Lord said in the Garden of Gethsemane, "nevertheless, Thy will be done", salvation was sealed at that moment for all of us and yet, the Lord Himself showed how we are to use.... our ...free will.
Everybody is commenting on the bassists voice and while I agree 10000%? His tone is also spot on. I see tribute bands with Rickenbackers and something is always lost on the EQ/recording....not here....he has that midrangy "click" that was part of Geddy's sound. Well done guys.....best Rush cover band I've seen yet.
These guys played this past Saturday night in Cincinnati. First show back since this B.S Covid crap. I've seen them twice. Absolutely amazing and realistic. Doing Geddy, Alex and Neil very proud. Rest in peace Neil.. :(
Geddy's vocals starting at 4:23 has always been one of my favorite, coming after the massive guitar solo. Well he nails it so perfectly here, that "goose-bumps" is all I can say!
Best rush tribute band I’ve ever seen so far and not to mention it’s one of the few rush tributes that only has three guys on stage playing! Great job fellas
I was jamming so hard since it was all on point, but at the high notes, the vocals blew me out of the water. It was not only flawless, I really liked his voice
Saw these guys two weeks ago in Dayton Ohio. They sound exactly like 70's 80s studio Rush! Look up their dates and go support them, Neil would be proud.
These guys absolutely kill it. Wow. Very talented and sound just like rush. I couldn’t be more impressed. Probably best rush tribute band in America period. Keep it up guys. Love it.
This is the best RUSH tribute band I have seen. I have seen 4 and watched others on UA-cam. This guys nail it on every song. Come to Canada please when COVID-19 is over.
I was listening to something else and autoplay was just picking songs at random, I was jamming along while working , just happen to look up and realized it was not Rush playing. So I have to say you nailed it , never would have know unless I looked up at the screen. Very nice job.
By far the best Rush cover band I’ve seen. If I was only hearing audio I’d swear it was the real thing. These guys are fantastic. Thanks for keeping such great music alive!
Hands down the best Rush tribute band out there. Honestly, the years have taken their toll on Geddys voice, this guy sounds better. Wish they played the south Florida area, this is a band I would pay to see
Dudes, I was skeptical coming in but then I listened a bit, then a bit more, then to the whole song and now I'm subscribed. That's unusual for me and cover bands. "Great cover" doesnt do you guys enough justice.
I watch your video after video in shock and awe seeing these songs come to life again and again with new faces as your God given talents carry the great torch of Rush.
Wait, what?! That was so freaking incredible. I SO wish I was there. Certainly I would have been much more into it than anyone else there in the crowd!!
Excellent rendition of a song that is incredibly difficult to cover!!! Freewill is a beast of a song to learn, let alone, play this well!!! Great work, guys!!!😎👍
Wow incredible. Freewill off my fav rush album permanent waves. Thank you guys. Im no muscian but you sound bloody awesome. Great job. Hope to see u one day.
Yeah, I thought it might've been coming from the bass... I've listened to at least 5 others by this band, some from the same show, and wasn't hearing it on the others.
Gran tributo a Rush ,cuando puedan un viaje a Argentina ,Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza ,etc tienen una linda gira ,acá hay muchos fans de Rush!!! Salve salve rocanroll!!!!
Really very good !! I am a fan of Rush for many years and the truth is that they have achieved excellent sound and impeccable execution of the instruments, a big hug from Argentina !!
GRRRREAT! The bassist has the look and the sound and the passion of good old Geddy, and all 3 musicians smoked this one! I hope to catch you guys playing someday here in the Midwest...where it rained hard for 48 hours after Neil's death was announced in January. Keep the flame alive, gents!
As a guitarist myself, I know 90% of all Rush's songs by heart so I know every nuance. This band absolutely NAILS it!!
Me too. I learned those songs when I was 17 and still love playing them 40 years later. This guy nailing all the sounds and parts I worked so hard on. Respect!
You're right !Their interactions are flawless.
Yeah I'm playing bass on my credit cards in my right pocket with my fingers as I listen to these dudes rock these songs!!!
Superb !!! Hats off
90% That's a stretch bud! But..... I agree, they nail it. And I watch these for guitar licks I'm not sure of! Cheers.
No Rush tribute band needs to be any better than this. This is perfection.
Yeah not quite perfection but really good.
It’s pretty damn close. ❤
At least they don't have a girl in a band singing trying to call it a Rush tribute,😂
The best RUSH tribute band I have ever heard !
Best Rush Tribute Band around (and there are many!). Guitar tone perfect, musicianship, geddycover playing bass, synth and singing... His voice is so similar it's scary!! Congratulations for the hard work and great results.
not to mention hitting those high notes right after the solo
True!
These guys are good but not even on the same level as “Lotus Land” American Rush Tribute band. Check them out I’m sure you’ll agree.
@@shawndoucette9797 have to disagree

If you choose not to decide
You still have made a choice . BEST LINE EVER!

And "blame is better to give than receive."
Ain’t Neil Peart a great lyricist?
That is freaking exceptional. The closest thing you will ever hear to Rush live again. (RIP) And they crush it.
Holy shit. As a drummer ‘taught’ by Rush and obsessed with every note of every instrument off every album - the guys are IT. Way to go fellas, bravo.
Simply BRILLIANT
I too learned from Neil Peart and Tommy Aldridge!
“Geddy” is just mind blowing here.. jeez. Awesome job.
LOL, every day on my commute I take an exit off the highway onto Geddes Rd. I always imagine the 2nd E is a Y, LOL.
They sound great. The guitarist has that Lifeson tone for sure. Well done, gentlemen.

Doug van Orsow I thought I was the only one...lol. Geddy takes it to another level.
Me too! One of my all time favorite RUSH moments when Geddy comes in with that part an octave up. Wow, this bass player nails it!
goose- bumps....same here
Doug van Orsow Agreed, I am impressed.
There is another
It had to happen! A tribute act to Rush, but this good? Jesus! Absolutely spot on.
I wonder what they're doing these days?
Somebody>>>please get this band the right audience.
Best rush tribute band I’ve ever seen so far and not to mention it’s one of the few rush tributes that only has three guys on stage playing! Great job fellas
The Sound on the Videos in this Series is the Best I’ve Ever heard for an Outdoor Concert. WOW! 👍
The BEST tribute band I've seen s so far.
agreed, and i've seen loads
Don't miss this show. RUSH TRIBUTE PROJECT. This Saturday. Tickets going fast.
I was jamming so hard since it was all on point, but at the high notes, the vocals blew me out of the water. It was not only flawless, I really liked his voice

I hope they play SE Michigan someday soon!
Where in Dayton??? I totally missed it! I hope they plan on coming back, or at least playing in Cinci or the Bus.
Who would dare give this a thumbs down???!!!! Incroyable! Very well done, Gentlemen!! Bravo
Unbelievable! Truly amazing and inspiring. The vocal "money shot" after the solo was so great, it brought tears to my eyes. Seriously brilliant!
Truly an amazing job. I’ve been listening to this song my whole life and every subtlety is there!
These guys absolutely kill it. Wow. Very talented and sound just like rush. I couldn’t be more impressed. Probably best rush tribute band in America period. Keep it up guys. Love it.
Amen to that
BEST RUSH tribute band ever! Amazing musicianship, and sonically like RUSH (well almost)!
Awesome voice and drums! RIP Professor!!
This is the best RUSH tribute band I have seen. I have seen 4 and watched others on UA-cam. This guys nail it on every song. Come to Canada please when COVID-19 is over.

Has geddy and Alex seen you guys wow absolutely amazing
Hands down the best Rush tribute band out there. Honestly, the years have taken their toll on Geddys voice, this guy sounds better. Wish they played the south Florida area, this is a band I would pay to see
Didn’t think anyone could sing like Geddy but there you go. Amazing. These guys are dialed in
Saw them a year ago and really loved them. Can’t wait to see them again. They really do a great job
Dudes, I was skeptical coming in but then I listened a bit, then a bit more, then to the whole song and now I'm subscribed. That's unusual for me and cover bands.
"Great cover" doesnt do you guys enough justice.
I saw this on Facebook and was COMPLETELY blown away! You guys rock!
I watch your video after video in shock and awe seeing these songs come to life again and again with new faces as your God given talents carry the great torch of Rush.
Wait, what?! That was so freaking incredible. I SO wish I was there. Certainly I would have been much more into it than anyone else there in the crowd!!
The way he hits those F5’s, he nails it. He sounds almost like Geddy himself.
Really channeling Rush. 3 dudes casually performing musical magic. Good onya guys!
If I heard that on the radio I'd think this real Rush live.. brilliant ! . keep it alive .. particularly now .. Neil Peart RIP
I'd pay to see these guys anyday!! Great musicianship
Amazing band in their own right. If these guys can play RUSH so faithfully and precisely then they can play virtually anything.
This is almost as good as seeing Rush!! These guys nail it!!
Best Rush cover I've heard to date. Simply amazing!
geddy could'nt sing this song this good live back in 1980. amazing job !
You guys are the best cover artist for Rush... Thanks
Holy hell, dudes nailed it! Gotta figure out how to go see them. Glad I stumbled over this video.
Hope when concerts come back you’ll come to New Jersey, would love to see you guys
This band is spot on and having listen to other tribute bands playing Rush music 🔥👍
You guys are killing it!!!! (thats a great thing!!!) BEST RUSH COVER BAND EVER!!!!! Keep it up...I cant wait to hear the rest of what you guys can do.
Excellent rendition of a song that is incredibly difficult to cover!!!
Freewill is a beast of a song to learn, let alone, play this well!!!
Great work, guys!!!😎👍
Holy crap!!!! These guys nailed everything. The tone is one point even the vocals.
That's a TALL order to fill! I'm sure they would salute you guys... you nailed it!
Never have seen Rush live but they sound as close as I could ever imagine. Great sound by all in the band. Very impressive
That's a shame, but they are immortal in our hearts. These guys are superb, as are Lotus Land.
Permanent Waves is my favourite Rush album and you guys dig it pretty well....Bravado! Greeting from Indonesia!
The more tracks I hear by this band the better it gets. Can you come tour the UK please??
Love the drum sounds, snare is awesome!! Very nice!!
Perfect.....
Wow incredible. Freewill off my fav rush album permanent waves. Thank you guys. Im no muscian but you sound bloody awesome. Great job. Hope to see u one day.
I love this tribute band, everything they do is amazing.
Anyone else bass pickup clicking like a wood block?
Yes. The slapping/plucking on the bass is coming through too much. Hear it too.
Sounds like someone playing a wooden block, not coming from bass strumming. Maybe an audience member?
frank ferrara really want to hear it. Give me some times in the video you hear so I can check it out. Thanks.
@@minidisneyland Right after the guitar solo, when the vocals come back in. Every hit on a Bass string pops.
Yeah, I thought it might've been coming from the bass... I've listened to at least 5 others by this band, some from the same show, and wasn't hearing it on the others.
that was awesome!!!! big rush fan...thanks for sharing!...cheers.
You guys are absolutely terrific. You have it. Ty !!
They might be a "cover" band but they own this. Everything was spot on. Awesome.
One of my favorite songs...They pulled it off with perfection...these guys could Tour as Rush 2 and continue the Legacy.
Oh my god, that reverb on the guitar, so awesome
Wow ... spot on ... the Lifeson solo, Geddy's vocal at 4:23 ... always one of my favorite Rush tunes this was really spot on. Well done. Kudos.
Can't believe im seeing these guys in Houston in April!
This is a real good tribute band, soo much love for the orig creators, straight to the point ;)
Incredible.
One of the best bands I've seen.
Congrats. Go on. 👏👏👏👏👏
All you need is a huge video screen and it’s like all the way with you guys.
Got damn I love these guys!!
one of the hardest bands to mimic and they nail it
This is sooooo good. Nice work guys. Rush would be pleased how well this piece turned out !!

Had NO IDEA it was a cover band at first b/c I had screen minimized. That was an amazing FREEWILL!
Ok goosebumps for me:
Guitar solo, drum fills in solo and falsetto "Each of us.... a cell of awareness..."
Well played folks!!! Love it.
Holy cow!!!
All I can say is WOW!!!
That's a big hammer to nail it that good. Well done.
