I don't think cow poop attracts mice and rats. Various feed products for farm animals do attract rodents. Rodents love spilled or uneaten animal feed. They also love to make nests in stored hay and bedding straw.

exactly. sheep are like indians. they will siphon up any grains of feed left over on the ground. wipe it clean ............ cows are alike americans, they will eat in big gulps and leave behind 10% of the feed on the floor as leftovers........... thus the cows and the mice
