@VIJAY unity of family is not spoiled by girls, it was spoiled by in laws ,the elders in the house first learn to treat all daughters in law equally, instead the respect rich one. In joint family one should not comment others habbit ,but this is not possible
Moreover in joint family many girls suffered ,hence the system died. There are lot of reasons for this
